According the rules of Video Baccarat from game provider "Takisto" you need to bet on tie to win it. In other words you can bet on banker or player, but your hand will lose if there will be tie (you can bet on tie as well).

So I just played a hand of baccarat at bitcasino.io and it was for 20mBTC.  I bet on bank and it was a tie.  I lost my money. I thought it was a glitch and complained to two different people on chat.  I've played 1000's of baccarat hands in live casinos and online. A tie never loses.........never- never- never. It takes the house advantage from less than 2 percent to over 10 percent. Chat told me that in this version of baccarat ties do lose. No player would ever assume that when they place a bet. I like their casino but on principle I might have to stop with them. This is madness and they should take that version of baccarat off their casino as it is misrepresenting the rules that everyone knows around the world. It has a house advantage that should be illegal lol. Beware! 

Well I hope that player will be accept his punishment and you guys can post the "loophole" once it's closed up tight...  

No gambling operation would post a loophole on a public forum, if they have no counter in place for it... So imo that is a very fair solution to this problem.

Cheating is not in the game, but in bonus abuse - it was marked few times. Regarding replies - I just checked with support department and support answered on all your questions. Last answer was on 03/16/2015 at 05:13pm, after this moment you didn't write anything to support.


We are ready to put evidence in public just after we put new automatic system and close this loophole for any further abuse. We can even post history of bets to easily show the community this loophole. It's quite easy to show, we just don't want anyone else try it. We even wrote about this situation before:

After this message we closed accounts of the whole group of cheaters and we even gave them opportunity to withdraw their deposits. Nowadays some players (probably from same group) are still trying to abuse us, thinking that the worst thing the can have is getting back their deposits. Unfortunately it won't work like that anymore. We gave official warnings via emails, live chat and on forum. If you want to continue be ready that your account will be closed permanently.


Reality is that we lost more than 20 BTC during this fraud attack. Basically that was expensive lesson, we agreed with it and like I told before, even paid back all deposits to those cheaters who tried to continue using this scheme. So we are not even and not trying to hold funds of some good players. But com'on, do we need to watch how you abuse teh system?!

And the bonus system here is not mature enough, I have to ask customer services about the rollover progress, ask them add bonus, but other casinos have auto bonus system, much easier indeed.

Those returns on blackjack are VERY good and lucky but remember its still possible that he is lucky. But if the site (the people who know the most, have the logs and everything) says hes cheating, I would trust them, but only if they provided reasoning and valid evidence.

you are caught cheating at the site, this has been stated by bitcasino themselves, and they have stated wont tell how you were cheating because someone might be able to exploit it again, and it is already in their Term Of Agreement that they can suspend all of your balance

Some of You are wrong...
The facts:
1. I was deposited 370 and got bonus 370
2. Played mostly BJ and when I was close to 0 made deposit of 1000
3. Casino never told me I am cheating, they told me this after I have won up to ~2800 with my new deposit and after freezing my account
4. They didn't sent me clear info what I have done against their T&C just that I have done SOMETHING...
5. They do not reply to my request to clear this
So You think I would deposit 1000 after losing 370 if I have their info "You are cheating"? cmon...

Imagine this. Hufflepuff (the PD scammer) deposits his money back into the site and tries to win even more fairly. Primedice notices this, and then just freezes account. I think PD should be allowed to do this because they are taking the money back they lost UNFAIRLY.

Casino is correct, it's just following the terms, which shulio copied that to here, so bitcasino froze all of his fund, including the deposit is all following the rule.

And this guy(the cheater or potential cheater) is an idiot, he should not continue depositing more funds when he didn't get the initial fund.

So it's a happy drama.    Casino earns a lot, and the cheater is gonna try.

He is an idiot for depositing more after they told him he was cheating, but heres a situation. User steals 1 btc from your site, you are now in debt 1 btc because of this user. He stole the 1btc and there is proof to back this up. He then goes to deposit more btc back, the site should have the right to keep this because they are now even.

yes they can hold his deposits if he was caught cheating on the site, you should read their Term Of Agreements

2.1.10.Bitcasino reserves the right to confiscate all user funds if the user is involved in fraudulent activity or any other prohibited methods outlined in 2.1.9.

Yeah, you are right.

Bitcasino should at least your deposit, they can reject your profit, but they can't hold your deposit.

But they claimed he was cheating, so that's why they refused to pay him a penny.

Thats pretty ridiculous, if you are doing something wrong they should add a message and not allow you to deposit, but then when you deposit they shouldn't sieze your funds, they should just refund it back, they have no right to hold this amount.

I don't know what should I breach, tried to get this information but they do not reply to me as I said, if support forum can find this info for me and send me PM I would be thankfull, all I can suppose is this that I have made big bets on black jack and when I was low in credits made another deposit and made another bets (for 1BTC) on the black jack and this is against T&C? this is insane... and support not helpfull!!

They don't answer the detail because they afraid others use this method to cheat again, but I still want to get the answer, lol.
