Group of players from Eastern Europe found loophole in our bonus system. They are getting bonuses and than trying to withdraw money without rollover. Because of this loophole they already cashed out some money and trying to continue doing same things, even after realising they were caught.

Basically they are also helping to improve our system. We had manual bonuses before, but nowadays finishing automatic functionality what should be REALLY awesome: with different bonus rollover requirements, instant no deposit bonuses, clean wager amounts, etc.

Yeah I saw that fraud ring announcement too…what was that all about?

It's quite odd to see that new users are posting all that stuff especially after the casino rep stated they caught a fraud ring. He is just probably one of those guys.

Why people accept bonuses for online casinos is beyond me, especially when the rollover requirements are x35 like on this casino.  And table games only count for 10% of the wagering requirements!  You will NEVER hit the rollover requirements for any bitcoin casino bonus people, do not take the bonuses!!  It's basically a donation to the casino.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! they are trying to "spam" here with new games, promos etc but THEY DO NOT PAY.
I have same problem as some users here - made deposit got bonus, lost my money + bonus. WHen I have made new deposit to play some more I have won and tried to cashout and first account was "under security view" and now I cannot cashout because I have to play rollover for the first deposit they say where it was all lost!!
I tried to agree to remove my bonuses and payout my deposit but they are responding like robots "You need to meet rollover". They do not care their T&C - IVEN if I have bonus there's "Players can request for a cash bonus to be removed, but along with the bonus amount all winnings will be removed as well. Once requested the procedure cannot be reversed." But they do not respect this they respond on chat like robot "You have to meet Your rollover for the first deposit". I didn't have any reload bonus they want me to play first deposit (lost one).
