Is this real post/developer topic ? (As thread poster was a Anon guest)

Anyways, I wanted to implement BTC payments in various of my services and sites like server hosting and a private filehost I own, but tbh till now I havnt found a reliable way to monitor or track payments for a callback/api script

Anyone can point me to any docs on how to implement BTC as a payment gateway ?

Hello,
I am simply wanting to begin a meetup in the Kansas City area.  Beyond this, possibly begin  a local bitcoin community that uses bitcoin as a medium of exchange.

Please let me know if you live in the KC metro area and are interested in joining a meetup.

There are some pretty amazing ideas floating around these forums...

I am also working with Emm to deliver a service where Australian buyers can use internet banking to purchase Bitcoin instantly.

We're currently the only company doing it in Oz and we've got loads of other features coming soon... if you're in Australia, keep an eye on us www.BuyBitcoinAustralia.com

We have a small (200Gh) mining operation that gives half its profits to a handful of big charities. You can see us in the top ten users each day at 50btc, although that's not all our capacity.

Because we turn BTC into charity donations - and also because it costs a lot to run - we can't really speculate and keep some BTC in reserve. Everything we mine is sold within a couple of days - unless there is a sharp dip at Gox, in which case we might wait a week.

Yes, we are one of the few that actually sells. (Someone has to...!)

Thx,
EBM

PS. In ~12-16 months, EBM will be using tech that makes even ASIC mining obsolete. Shocked Then BTC becomes really interesting.

I have an idea for a web hosting bitcoin-based business.  The problem is that, as far as I know, bitcoins do not support recurring payments.  Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Hello! [] It may sound like an unoriginal idea, but it is not purely for my profit (you are a model humanitarian). A large percent of each raffle will be put towards a "Bitcoin Community Development and Advancement" fund (if such a thing existed, its name would include the word fund)in which the community will give input to where the Bitcoins go.[]

So you want to organize a lottery where some of the proceeds will go to a made up charity? That sounds legit.

Hello! I would like to get my account whitelisted because I want to start a raffle! It will be run off of this site, but based on participation, I may move it on to another site specifically for the raffle. It may sound like an unoriginal idea, but it is not purely for my profit. A large percent of each raffle will be put towards a "Bitcoin Community Development and Advancement" fund in which the community will give input to where the Bitcoins go. I will start a thread after the raffle starts so the community can give ideas on how the money in the fund should be spent. Hopefully I can get good participation in the raffles, because the more participation, the more the fund can help the advancement of the Bitcoin community!

Although I can wait, I should definitly be listed here also.

I've just launched Top Bitcoin Sites and hope it'll deliver what I expect from it.

And I'm also very proud of the logo, which I got from this forum, but am not (yet) able to thank the supplier.  Grin
