we've been doing some maintenance work today, it should be fixed tomorrow. sorry for inconvenience

ps. both times iv deposited to my account iv had to submit a ticket to have it show up. if you want people to stick with your service, this needs to be improved a lot.

All you had to do is to call UK phone number to get you pin (you can use Skype or viber), your pin is private information and we don't have access to it, hence necessity of phone call
