Within a few days, you understand that my scanned documents are too large. now I can not log into my account, not possible to click login. it starts to bother.

It's all sorted, isn't it?
USD card received - in no way our fault that it was delayed by postman.
EUR card on its way if not received already.
Documents passed to the bank, verification shouldn't take long, and the existing limits are surely sufficient for a couple of days
For now, all problems are solved, just last night I could not go to my account in the e-coin until I wrote in support. Only euro card is still not handed over to me, but it's not your fault, disgusting work of DHL.
Thank you and best regards

Definitely an excellent idea and could be a good service. But rather strange looks in the end. I live in Spain, I ordered two bank cards. First dollars, ordered on June 13 with sending a simple post, still did not come. Second euros booked June 20 with DHL shipment and tracking number and still has not come, and I do not have tracking number. In the end, I had already spent $ 67 and I do not have credit cards or even tracking number. Upload files for verification not possible, a glitch in their system. I hope it's a problem of time, otherwise there are big doubts about the reliability.

You have got the EUR one now, correct?

Issues with card delivery don't have much to do with us - once the card is shipped, it is in the hands of postal service which we don't have control of. DHL delivery is tracked and guaranteed, although the cost bites, but that's DHL.

Issues with verification is a temporary thing caused by changing from semi-manual to fully automated process - should be working better and quicker soon.

Finally received today dollar card, the other still in the DHL promised to hand over tomorrow morning. It remained unresolved only the problem of verification, because through your site do not succeed, the support of your service asked to send scanned documents to e-mail, I hope in "manual" mode, it will turn out. Thank you.

though bitcoin debit card is not available for my country I would like to know the applications provided by it.
is it worth getting a bitcoin debit card?
and which places would it be applicable?

the card allows you to spend bitcoins anywhere within VISA infrastructure, not just with merchants who accept bitcoin. You can buy a sandwich or a beer, or pay your bill - anything. Card loading is instant.
It is accepted anywhere you see the VISA logo.
For more information, please, check https://www.e-coin.io/benefits

Which country are you based in?

I think I will choose Bitstamp for a BTC card! No offence, but you must trust the part that you are giving your BTC to and they have some history working with BTC.

it's a question of choice, really. Bitstamp has been around for a while, very true. We work with them a lot, by the way.
That said, you need to have an account with the exchange to have the benefits of the debit card, whereas one of the big points of having a bitcoin debit card is not to have any complex dealings with exchanges - easy is the key.

You might want to look at the card limits, too - it is much easier to get verified with E-Coin to have really high limits.

Again, fully respect and understand your choice if you are comfortable using bitcoin exchanges and have already provided a pile of documents for verification

I have not tried a BTC card yet; from the beginning the fees were way too high and I wanted to see how this "experiment" developed. With Bit-X' free card, I think I can't stay away anymore. Of course there are risks, but everything has risk but now the cards are so established that the risk factor (and fee issue) is manageable.

I still will keep all my "fiat" cards, though.

free?
Have ordered one recently, and it's anything but free. Pay to have your name on it, pay to activate it, etc. Devil is in the detail

The best choice is brawker. Better communication options between buyer/sellers, quicker support, more options, and since purse's update, less retarded limits on what prices you can set. Also multisig.

I can not send documents to verify, upload scans of documents but can not press Confirming button. I ordered a dollar debit card on June 13 and still have not received it, live in Europe. Also ordered euro debit card with express delivery, where do I get the tracking number?
