Bitcoin Gold is the new coin entered  in the market and also trade on different markets with different prices and this is the great value of attraction because this coin is comes on the market as a result of bitcoin hardfork and the name and hype of he Bitcoin Gold is only due to the new coin and this comes in the market as a result of bitcoin hardfork,  I am not personally trade but this coin is good and valuable coin.

Does somebody were able to obtain some BTG using the private secrets? Please share your encounter. I do not believe that BTG is a good investment so I wish to have it then sell ASAP.

i got my btg from importing private keys to the BTG-client. see https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/get-your-bitcoin-gold-btg-full-node-tutorial-linux-2412870

Thanks for  sharing this link.I have been searching for such a method and finally found one.
Can anyone tell what is the market price of 1 BTG now ?

Yes - I used the method I described here in my post to get my BTG and immediately sell them for BTC.  BTG seems shady to me and I just wanted to get my "free money" and get real BTC ASAP!

Too many market manipulators recently. BCC and BTG and BTC getting played badly. To avoid getting burnt, let the market settle a bit first before diving in.

How do you know your BTG is stolen? Did you check from another source?

Yes, downloaded the official btg wallet did a full sync, imported my private keys and i saw there is zero BTG balance.

Btw, there are more threads discussing this shit, link to one of them: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2393967.20

Edit: If you don't believe me you can check web archives (another proof): https://web.archive.org/web/20171113035025/https://bitcoingold.org/downloads/#

The offending site also had a valid certificate, that can't be a coincidence.

i belive you, but i can only repeat myself.
the btg-developer and btg as a whole cant control 3rdParty sites, wallets or pools.
its not so difficult to get a valid certificate. you not even have to pay for a valid certificate

All my BTG got stolen last night. I visited mybtgwallet site through the OFFICIAL link posted on OFFICIAL bitcoin gold website and ofcourse used my private keys on that site because i believed it was a trustworthy - turns out it was a scam. Ofcourse link disappeared last night from bitcoin gold website without any notification. Good thing i sent all btc to another wallet before entering private keys otherwise i would lose them too.

Either it's crazy irresponsible shit from BTG devs or this was planned by the devs themselves.

All the stolen funds were sent to this wallet:

Why you put your private keys into an online website? the btg-developers cant control every 3rdParty-Platform. even if its opensource, nobody knows what they finaly host Wink
the only save wallet for now is to sync your own BTG-Node and import your private keys there.

because it was advertised on official BTG website and their twitter as a safe web wallet. in fact i didn't google that link, i got on a mybtgwallet by clicking on a link on official BTG website. I'm not the only victim, there have been lots of wallets plundered by this scam.

The most disgusting thing about this is that they apparently endorsed it themselves on their website.

This is still confusing, I get the BTG tab on Xapo, but from the description can not be claimed because it still solve technical problems, if BTG later exist, I hope to succeed like BCH. Start with price $5000 is good.

Some body caught a chat comment before getting deleted by Dominic, lol in magnitude of 4. they have the audacity to ignore listing my activity tokens(Bitcoin's rival, Bitcoin killer, Bitcoin in the future) but they just listed yo+B2X in a single day notice. they have decided to come out of the shadows and reveal that they were behind B2X hard fork all along. the volume was at 240%+ green and in 2 seconds it dropped to 120% and was changing 100% every few seconds, that is what I call pump and dump in day light.

There is a new trend now of forking Bitcoin... Yes some of the forks have different things from the original but do you guys seriously believe they will ever be successful?

I'm just observing to see how things develop, remember not all that shines is gold...

Lolz. The guy behind Bitcoin is also anonymous. You have no solid arguments, but you want to buy cheap. Wink

uh, anonymity was for slightly different reasons.

satoshi aimed to change the world. better to stay under the radar if you wanna do that.

this guy is less interested in changing the world and more interested in obtaining your money.

it's helpful to think sometimes.
Do you ever have seen Satoshi? No. Because he wanted to stay anonymous. And this is OK. He also could have did it like Vitalik Buterin. You can't call a cryptocurrency a scam because a dev preserves his/her anonymity. Some people have a really naive mindset.

Sure, go right ahead and bet your kid's college fund on it. I'm sure their intentions are wonderfully pure apart from the giant premine and backdoor scalping.
