The price movement of the crypto always follows the bitcoin price movement, some say bitcoin will soon be defeated by another coin that is currently popular and the movement of its price very quickly exceeds the bitcoin. To this day some coins that are considered to have very fast price movements are still moving following bitcoin prices. This means that bitcoin is indeed the king of a reliable cryptocurrency and has the highest price and can not be rivaled by any crypto.
There are many different perspectives to talk about bitcoin because its existence has caused so much publicity. Its day-to-day development has confirmed it is the most solid currency.

The bitcoin has no competition because there is no similar cryptocurrencie that has the same value as the bitcoin only some that are really low at the point and just one but that value is redicules in comparing with the bitcoin so he has no competition.

Bitcoin definitely has competition. Ever heard Ethereum, Ripple, IOTA, Litecoin, and etc? These cryptocurrencies are on the rise and if they do really well they could probably surpass what Bitcoin has achieved. The possibilities are endless.

I will keep ethereum as a competitor of bitcoin but it is very hard for ethereum to fight with bitcoin.

It's the natural way of things. Technology evolves and new things come to life every day. Of course that new and better coins will come along the way but BTC will always have a high value.

I'm thinking that for now the only kind that can be competitive to Bitcoin is Cardano (ADA), because it is very interesting project which can consist in at both bitcoin and ethereum advantages, probably it would be the next wave.
It is not correct in current scenario to say that BTC has no competition. There are many projects coming out to compete the BTC. And some of them have very unique concept and now growing their plans rapidly. The dominance of BTC is just because it revolutionize the blockchain technology.

I don't think that any coin can surpass the Bitcoin. Don't forget that the Bitcoin coins are limited, and in future, the value will only increase. We just need to wait a little bit.
Of course, bitcoin is the absolute leader in the world of crypto-currencies, and has no competitors, he is the prophet of all new digital currencies !!! And he rightfully is so and holds confidently in the first place !!!
Bitcoin is simply the father of all cryptocurrency and I dont see any other altcoin replacing it
Father or not, better coins will surely come along in time.
It doesn't for now, but I think it will have a few competitors pretty soon: Monero, Gold and Silver. I think this will happen because of the recent events that will affect them and their prices, probably in a positive way. The economy is going down worldwide, heading maybe to something like 2008.
