I feel that Bitcoin does not have a strong competitor to match this Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin is the first in digital currency. And Bitcoin also has a place in some of today's great countries to use.
For the next 5 years maybe bitcoin will be dominate the crypto world however Ethereum is also growing very fast and may compete with bitcoin in future. As we can see that there are many rising competitors out there.
I am not using any other crypto currency at the moment, but I don't think any of them will ever overtake bitcoin. Its the standard of all, its like money now, do you see money competing with anything else? I really don't see that. So I feel bitcoin will hold it own in the market and would probably keep growing.
I think there's many coins to choose to but bitcoin is different.No one can compete and surpass btc.It keeps on growing and moving everyday.
All those FUDsters that where saying year ago how Bitcoin would fail because another currency would take over get proven wrong year after year. The more time Bticoin is alive, the stronger it gets and the bigger the network effect. Sorry but there will not be a Bitcoin 2.0. Bitcoin will go to 100k+ per coin in the next 5 to 10 years, it will absorb all the value researched in the field if not directly through protocol improvements then through sidechains.

Bitcoin is really no competition. It is more of a business that needs partnerships with other people in order to lift up each other towards the top and be successful. Anyone alone can't use and make bitcoin work alone, it needs to be with everyone who has the knowledge to do so.
As I know, it is a unique transaction for any other currencies. It is provided to all and every single person capable to use it independently.but government haven't control.
I guess so literally bitcoin is the first platform that we think if we talk about cryptocurrency it is used by the many.
In my opinion, bitcoin, when we talk about cryptocurrency bitcoin, will be the first and the most popular and it's still growing.
Bitcoin is so solid at the moment. But there are so many altcoins that can beat bitcoin in the future. And i don't think bitcoin will reach $100k in just 5 to 10 years.

I thought so too, bitcoin is the most popular and the most powerlful coin in the world. No any other coin can overtake bitcoin today because bitcoin is the largest and and the best coin today. Number of people investing in bitcoin is increasing rapidly time by time and i think the number of people using btc is around 500m- 800m people and no any other coin can beat that. I am not using any other crypto currency at the moment, but I don't think any of them will ever overtake bitcoin. As of this moment, no other coin competing with bitcoin. It's still leading its legacy like no other coin did, it's still the king of all cryptocurrency and will remain as it in the next more years I guess.

yeah definitely bitcoin has no competition since it has become powerful and has the power of the thing that no one can give it i mean for now maybe also others are going to imitate it but for now the only one that cangain you money by siiting at your sofa and writig mesagges.
How come? Bitcoin has competition, look at coinmarketcap you will see lots competitors. Not serious competition in my opinion, but competition is competition.
Investors are investing in new technologies all the time, holding alt coins but eventually most of them return to bitcoin.

yes it is very difficult for other altcoin to beat bitcoin marketcap
