I agree with you. Bitcoin isn't Gambling because of Bitcoin is a online based currency and on the other hand Gambling isn't a currency which defined as betting.

yes bitcoin is not gambling, because bitcoin is digital money but its function bitcoin be double can be digital money or investment or asset. so this is not gambling but buying and selling that takes time and thought.

But most of the people use it for gambling. Around 90% of bitcoin is used for gambling. And most of them are locked away by FBI. So the remaining is used for trading. So as per me yes bitcoin is directly related to gambling.

If you think crypto is a gambling then it is. Till now I never felt crypto market is gambling and it is just like share market. You can see people who are waiting patiently are getting paid in 2 or 3 time on their investment, but in gambling we have only one choice either we can win or we can loose.

In my own opinion investing and trading in bitcoin is gambling but the probability is high to have a profit if you're investing while trading need special skills to profit which maybe bigger profit than investing

Bitcoin Not gambling. I do not know people say the bitcoin was gambling to see from which angle, which I clearly understand is the bitcoin crypto currency used for investment and trading methods. Some even say bitcoin is the currency used for online payments around the world, because bitcoin is well known to everyone in the world. So I say again that bitcoin is not gambling.

I agree with this topic that bitcoin is not gambling. Bitcoin is a digital currency and gambling service providers add bitcoin as their preferred currency option. We all know that gambling can use anything as long as something has a price and any currency can be used to gamble including the bitcoin that is now the currency most in demand by everyone who knows it.

Also in the casino you invest your money and time, so this is not a criteria. The point is that you buy Bitcoin not because you need it to buy things, but because you hope it will rise in price, instead of dropping in price. And of course it could go either way, you cannot guess it for sure. This IS gambling.

I also do not believe that this is gambling. Since you rely not on an accidental outcome, but on your knowledge and consciously choose how and where you invest.

Bitcoin is more of investment. It is legal investment of your money, time and effort. Bitcoin can give you a huge money in legal ways. The mobey you earned here is a hard earned ones. In gambling, the money you will earned is called easy one.

Of course it's not... it is called investment (at least at the moment). Before the bitcoin hits the mainstream it was supposedly for money transfer and online payments. However, since the price is attracting, people sees it as an investment platform which is an awesome substitute for stocks. But to make it clear, it is never a gamble.
