Bitcoin is the currency. You can not say money is gambling. But if you capitalize your money and turn it into bitcoin this is gambling. Because you risk getting your money inflated in hopes of going up in the next few days, but you know it might also go down. There are still winners or losers, so the point is still gambling. The process is gambling, not the bitcoin itself.
Many people who do not know that bitcoin think bitcoin is gambling. Maybe they do not know that bitcoin is a currency. So from this I want to tell and explain about bitcoin to a blind person
I think Bitcoin is not a gamble, Bitcoin can be said to gamble if you play gambling using Bitcoin and you get Bitcoin by gambling.
bitcoin is not gambling, for me bitcoin is money, but if you invest using your bitcoin so its like a gambling to me because if you invest you just wait bitcoin to pump up then you sell your bitcoin if you reach the price to sell so you can get your profit its like gambling that you bet to win.
100% sure Bitcoin is not gambling. Bitcoin is world digital currency. There are many way to earn Bitcoin but some people use it in gambling maybe that's why other called it gambling. So to clear that Bitcoin is a virtual currency a medium that is used in different transactions like in trading and investing and others. 
It depends on how peoples treat bitcoin like what / use bitcoin for good things or vice versa. It's true, bitcoin is not really not good used for gambling, there are many other things that seems more positive than gambling with bitcoin. But indeed, bitcoin has still freedom's properties of used by people and hasn't really been arranged completely, so everyone is still entitled doing anything with bitcoin it has. I just hope that all the negative impacts on bitcoin will be more decrease, and bitcoin can continuesly to be good viewed across the countries.

Bitcoin is gambling i think because the price of bitcoin is very unstable, you can win nor lose because of its price. Time and money is one of the main source of income in this forum. I think people say bitcoin is gambling because some users use bitcoin in gambling. So for them to be enlightened what bitcoin really is, we should teach them how to use it and in that way they may know bitcoin and be interested in doing it. Actually, I really thought bitcoin is gambling at the first place because of my classmates but they taught me how so now I am using it. 
so who is bitcoin is gambling ? just like forex is not. there is always a saying that it is gambling. always the religious side brought. it's useless nowadays. technological progress can not be reclassified. forget the old ways because we have not lived in the past.

Investment is a gamble in the sense that you take risk (whether big or small) no matter what. Investing in crypto with fiat is indeed gambling to a certain extend in my humble personal opinion!

Totally agree with this idea Bitcoin was a product of technology mainly used as a currency over the internet , It's just that the price of bitcoin was very volatile that Holding it for a long period of time may depreciate or appreciate its value , but if you used it to send money just to save fees on money remittance then it is not gambling you just utilizing the technology .I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Yes it true, Bitcoin is not gambling. Bitcoin is a way to help you earn money. It is rather an opportunity to have an investment. We can even earn money without investing capital, so it is not gambling. We use technology, it is because we have a modern society. We can use inernet to do bitcoin coin in return we earn amount of money which it can help us financially.

of course bitcoin is not gambling. bitcoin is created to simplify transactions on the internet. besides, many use bitcoin as a transaction tool. it's just like money, even money like dollars is also commonly used for gambling games.
