this is actually to be known, that the cryptocurrency with fiat currency is very different...ok, some people agree Bitcoin called as currency, but some not, because until now Bitcoin can not be used for grocery shopping and paying household bills,
and for governments that are said to be currency is a means of payment that is issued by a country.

this picture explains that economic observers still call Bitcoin currency, not cryptocurrency.
I really hope Bitcoin and some cryptocurrency can be accepted as a legitimate currency so that our transactions are safer and faster.

Bitcoin is the king of all currency. first of all bitcoin is the number 1 and in fact the only decentralized currency in the whole world. secondly these numbers are market capitalization so when you consider coins like ETH you should omit their premines from the market capitalization. for ETH 72.5% of its current supply is premined so its market cap drops by as much. the same goes for Ripple, all of it is released by a centralized authority and no one knows how much is really in circulation.

I am very surprised to see this graph. Because do not think Bitcoin position became the sixth largest currency in the world. While the current Bitcoin price just goes up it is certain to reach number 1 I think it is easy to pass Bitcoin. I hope in the next few years Bitcoin could become the world's first largest currency.

for me i would never be surprise because of its popularities and good result to people i know that bitcoin will be the largest currency of the world. I would never be shock if in 2025 bitcoin will be the #1 currency,same as the last year I am hoping for the best output at the finishing of 2018 so even now bitcoin is king of all crypto currency and it will remain the same for long.

This is a great news. I feel quite proud of myself because I am a bitcoin holder, the future currency. It cannot really replace USD and EUR because these are the largest tradeable currency around the world. But come to think of it, among those currencies around the world, bitcoin took the 6th place while it is not yet 100% recognized by millions of people around the world unlike those top two currencies. This graph is also must be seen by the FUD starter for them to stop spreading degradable news about bitcoin. At this rank, it shows and proven that it's about time to uplift the reputation of bitcoin/cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin already overcomes the Chinese Yuan and Japanese Yen already because the market cap of Bitcoin is the way much more larger than those currency.
