Nope, It's a scam website trying to impersonate bitmix.biz which has been offline for quite a while.

If you check out how bitmix.biz looked like in January 2021 before going offline, you will see that everything was copied from by the scammers from the original website except the support email address and tor address.

The domain name you mention is a scam, trying to use Bitmix's reputation. It doesn't even bother to use a secure sockets layer.
Avoid it, there are plenty of legitimate mixers

When you start the process to mix you clearly see the message saying only transactions from 0.0025 are accepted. And since its FAQ says the same, I believe they forgot to update the original post.

By the way, the minimum was 0.05 BTC and then 0.01 BTC before

I have accidentally made a payment that is too small !
I looked at your FAQ before using your service and it says minimum 0.0025 BTC.
And then after i have sent you the btc i noticed that you have stated minimum 0.005 on my order!
This has happend to me before and then i got a refund, is it possible to get my money back please? I have used your service a lot and are very pleased otherwise

I am very puzzled, why would anyone use custodial mixer with risk of owner running away with money, when there is open source and decentralized JoinMarket mixer? It's multisig with all other participants, no way someone can stole money or identify you. With custodial mixer, everything can go wrong and eventually, it will. But with decentralized CoinJoin mixer (CoinJoin it's a mixing protocol designed in 2013!) like JoinMarket, it simply can't.
