Why do you say this? I don't understand? It's got as much a place under the crypto umbrella as most of the crypto currencies.

I still prefer Bitcoin, this is the one that started it all and the one that is widely adopted and all altcoins including Ripple depend on their strength to Bitcoin, if the people behind Bitcoin can fix the transaction and the confirmation, it will still remain as the cryptocurrency to beat.
in my opinion, prefer the bitcoin of the ripple, because we know that the public response to btc is getting better, the selling value is higher, it means the more days, the more people believe about this btc, and if many believe, the more day is growing and increasing in value, unless there is something very big, certainly in the next few years, the better and the higher the price
Definitely I choose bitcoin,as I said no one can defeated bitcoin its price has a stablity and strongest coin in cryptocurrency,possible for a long term investment that can make our mobey profitable.Btc is the king and it is the only chosen coin that we can trust for trading and investments.

ripple has a great volume on the market but doesnt show any bullish movement over the months up untill last month. honestly its hard to tell hahaha
Indeed but these are all just for show, I'm so disappointed with xrp and the team behind it because of all the hype recently. So it's no way we compare bitcoin to xrp because it's too far different especially if you're planning to hold it for long-term. You need to think logically and decide wisely.
Although ripple has a great volume I still believe bitcoin still is number one and earned its spot for a reason. Bitcoin will still increase its price even around 2-5 years time. That’s why ai’ve inbested in this coin for my family and especially for my daughter for her college.

bitcoin is a nice coin and certainly for the next five years is a very suitable to invest in bitcoin because of course, the results obtained are very much greater.
Ripple is the bankers coins which is the opposite of Bitcoin. The point of Bitcoin is to be decentralized and be your own bank. Cryptocurrencies allow people to do peer to peer transfers which eliminates bank involvement. What do banks do? Charge you a lot more interest than they give you. Also, leaving your fiat in a bank account robs your of your hard earned labor by inflation. Yeah, it feels so good to be trapped in a 15-30 mortgage and pay 3-4 times the amount you borrowed, doesn't it?
Research what "Mortgage" means? Latin words meaning: Mort = Death, Gage = Pledge. Debt until Death is what it means. It gets worse though. Even if you are able to pay off your mortgage before you die, if you don't pay your property taxes, the government will take the property from you. So in essence, you are only renting from the government for life.

Out of all the coins out there, you can count on Bitcoin to always be I guess alive. Bitcoin is crypto, and whenever wants to buy crypto for the first time, Bitcoin is Crypto. I don't even know how to explain it.

This is very easy, ripple is a coin made by the banks for the banks and bitcoin is a currency made by a genius and that he gave in a generous way to the people of the world for free, when you see things like this it is very easy to select bitcoin over any other coin including ripple. whats do you think and why ?

Ripple's team has very ambitious plans for the near future. But I do not know what will happening with bitcoin soon, because its price is still stucked. I would invest in a ripple because I guess it should be pumped once again.
