I think the ethereum and doge more potent compared with both these coins. for the future, this would be an altcoin that counts. exclusively for own ethereum seem to be able to compete with bitcoin.

Bitcoin anyday anytime.
Ripple is nowhere in the picture of even competing with bitcoin. It's decentralized and many more projects just like ripple are about to come.

btc. hodl that shit. better yet, throw a fat stack at that shit. my opinion - not financial advice - all the top 25 are most likely going to double, at a minimum, by years end. even ripple, sadly.

I still prefer to choose bitcoin because there's guarantee that bitcoin can survive for longterm and for me, bitcoin is more profitable than Ripple.

It depends , but as of now this two coin decreasing price.  If we are talking about the profit I suggest to buy ripple because the price is very cheap and for sure once the price increase you can make a lot of profit.  You can gain profit in bitcoin but not like in ripple because it's hard to double the price because it's very high even the price decrease.  Unless ripple cheap price it easy the price become 100 times.

Ripple has a great future in my opinion. High potential to increase in near future. Range from 10$ to 20$ before the end of 2020.
Yes and pool shows the most votes are bitcoin, I choose both cause it has different unique potential and also has its own advantages but its better ripple cause it can pump up to x10 or x100 with a small dominant value so it can freely whale come but this is not easy time very long time to achieve it, long term investment.

For me, bitcoin has best long term potential.
Yes you're right bitcoin is much more potential but ripple and bitcoin are the list for coinmarketcap that really goes up it's value. This is the reason that i will choose both because they are all important and has a capability to  rising up.All coins in cryptocurrency really evolve which demands for people that wanted to earn and invest it.I'm glad to be a part of it's evolution of this coins which i can earn, invest and express my feelings that cryptocurrency which is crypto coin help us to be successful.

guys

whats do you think and why ?

i mean in the next 2-5 years
whats your word ?

Bitcoin Will always stand against any other Altcoin ! so Buy And Hold BTC ! XRP is not comparable with Bitcoin ,
XRP could be back to 0.5$ soon as XRP is not gaining its value since it was pumped .
So bitcoin will be best choice

Happy Trading
Thanks
Regards

Still bitcoin, without bitcoin or if bitcoin falls i don't see the market of cryptocurrency or alts will surpass bitcoin in terms of price. Far too much has been said about Ripple.

I do not want compare these coins at all. They have different purposes.
but compare for example Ethereum and Ripple, this will be more interesting. there is something to compare.
if I have a question to buy a coin and keep it, for example, 5 years old, I chose Ripple, because I do not know what will happen to Bitcoin.

Over the next 2-5 years both can be useful. I believe none will go dramatically down, only up

Now the price for both coins is low so we can buy them. But now I want to pay more attention to bitcoin because we will probably never see such a price again.

Ofcourse BTC is much  better. Bitcoin is far more okay compared to ripple. But investing in these two for long term holding would be okay.

the ripple price has fallen very much in the last month and I believe that this is fair, it should not go beyond 1 dollar, there are many other coins that should have more value than ripple, given their technology and idea

How many times does it have to be repeated? 'All coins have fallen over the past month' Ripple is no different and neither is Bitcoin.

Jeez....
you are mistaken, all the coins fell in price only by half, ripple fell to 3-4, so there is a lot of truth in my words mentioned above
