I feel like it's my obligation to share my 2 cents on current "steep" drop of bitcoin price. I find it absolutely unbelievable when people say how low the price of btc is, speaking of the price at $10k or $11k. Those who have been in this industry long enough to remember the price of btc to be $5 are just shrugging their shoulders short of words.

What I'm trying to say is that those new community members so called "hypers" should stop spreading fud when price goes down and same goes with price growing. Actually growing price of btc is kind of problem as it's starting to miss its original purpose of cheap quick transactions. We need people focusing on real value of this ecosystem rather than moon kids...

Thanks for hearing me, couldn't help myself
Yes definitely.  BTC started from scratch and those hypers who are spreading false rumors just idiotic. Price is not the main point of BTC but it's uses.

The price of the fees is not directly tied to the price of bitcoin, what it happens is that the consequences of a raising price in bitcoin means the fees will go higher as well, if the price goes higher than that means the demand for bitcoin has grown, and this means more transactions and since the space in each block is limited then the fees will go higher so as you can see that is natural process which cannot be avoided.

Yes right, we cannot say that the price of bitcoin will always drop, at this time is not stable it always depend on the demand and supply. If it drops today meaning the number of people using it is quite low. So therefore we still have to keep working in spreading goodnews about bitcoin to encourage more people to use and invest. Lets just hold on, keep believing and trust that bitcoin will rise continuosly for us to gain more profit and will be successful. It may not be today but at least we have something to look forward.
It is really okay for the bitcoin to price drop because we all know that bitcoin is vulnerable. The unstability of bitcoin is really known by many users. It happens because of the exchanging rate or based on the supply and demand of this particular coin.

Yes you are absolutely right bitcoin is not an stable currencies and it has many users so the price will not be stable at same value, increase and decrease are common thing in bitcoin so my opinion is also don't trust others trust only you .

I am also annoyed with the negative issues spread by some people yesterday, this will have a negative impact on bitcoin values, is there a way to stop this issue?

Yes i agree to you mate, this will bring the value into dip if everyone is always giving the same feebacks like what others do. What you see in the price now is currently $8314.42 is recovering and it increases anytime with in this few weeks because the demand has finally getting smaller in the market.

Price recovered already and maybe we can see more with it since looks like the hype is on the loose and fuds has been driven out by good things, and the only thing we need to do for now is to wait and earn with the current flow and hold our grounds since if we lame and act fool around then we cannot earn with pump surge coming on it.

The newbies are like I was 5 years ago when the price of Bitcoin crashed from $1200 to $200 over a period of several months.

To put things in perspective, even after the recent crash, the price of Bitcoin is still well above where it was a year ago.

Luckily I bought my Bitcoins between 2013 and 2016, so I am still ahead.

It's important that we remember that for some people this is there livelihood and while it goes against everything they've been told when they panic, it is still a natural human emotion. Let's cut people some slack.

Similarly people are allowed to spread their opinions, rightfully or wrongfully. I do wish though that they wouldn't write such garbage but as long as people buy in to FUD then FUDsters will exist. It's up to people to begin to learn what FUD is and read up on things themselves.

do not panic with the news is not clear, FUD should be stopped immediately.
bitcoin prices will not be forever at the low point, it's about patience, we have to wait, there comes a time when we sell when the price goes back up.

I agree with you because dropping price is not worried subject. We should not be panic for dropping the price. Price will be rising very soon. Though price is not so high but still it is on good position by potential and stable.

The factors that most affect the price of bitcoin down or experience the movement that is found on the demand and supply (people who buy and sell) bitcoin itself. Although bitcoin price movements can quickly change but market price movements can also be played by a person in order to take advantage of the situation so that it gets many benefits

I was rather referring to real value of btc, which is not in the volatility but the real use of decentralized payment solution. Thats has basically diminished for now.

Amazing. You speak the truth. Your last line dazzled me in first place. We are actually taking out the fun from the bitcoin, let me correct my self, we have already taken out the fun form the crypto world where bitcoin was supposed to support the fastest and cheapest transaction with pseudo anonymous nature. What a day that would have been for all of us. Im pretty sure if that principle was still here then government of different countries would have already accepted it into the fiat blending. We could have had great day seeing how bitcoin is being developed officially by the bankers, financial institutes and much more. This could have been the real achievement and not the one via which we are going through.

Basically some fear of a crackdown like what happened when China locked down exchanges. How many of us thought the sky's gonna fall then? I think we'll survive South Korean regulations. The price is still good if you compare it from, say 2015-2016. Remember, you signed up for this, you're in for the long haul. If you are a new investor and suffering a "loss", you'll lose even more if you chicken out and then it surged again.
