Bitcoin does help in easing or alleviating the life of some people who are familiar with it and are using it, but it wouldn't help reducing the number of unemployed people unless there would be official jobs made by bitcoin and some companies. Statistically, people who receive money from bitcoin still would be considered unemployed unless they are working for some company or organization. Bitcoin would somehow help them financially yes, but it wouldn't reduce unemployment simply because they are getting some money from bitcoin
You are evidently not familiar with how labor bureaus work in practice
If you come to think that you will be counted as unemployed forever if you are not officially hired by some company or firm, you are blatantly wrong. If we take the US, for example, you will be receiving unemployment benefits (unemployment compensation) only for six months during which you should be actively searching for work (provided you fit the criteria to receive these benefits, in the first place). If you don't have a job and ain’t looking for one, you are considered outside of the labor force (read you are not counted toward either employed or unemployed, statistically). And if you are self-employed, you are considered employed, as simple as it gets. It is pretty much the same in many other countries, terms may vary but principles persist
