If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?
is this all people hope?bitcoin mass adopted, become a legal and become a accepted currency in every country. of course i will think it was a great move if bitcoin to be international currency,if that happen, the next big thing might bitcoin as main payment in some countries.
I love to see that happen and also all of us here that is our main goal to see it happening that is why we are making all effort to promote bitcoins to those who have not discovered it yet.
The investing and gambling industry in the bitcoin community is doing a good job in spreading the news in the social media or in the internet as a whole, sometimes the ponzis are very aggressive to attract people to invest on their scam sites.

If more people start using bitcoin, yes bitcoin can be an international currency and become popular. So people who will not use bitcoin yet, will start using bitcoin too.
You are talking on what we really wish to happen, we can only get success with massive adoption that would happen, right now it is a game for the traders and the investors.

Why not? We can see rapid use of bitcoin everywhere. Then if it used largely it will be an international currency
But, i think it's verry impossible, couse bitcoin have many weakness like anyone can get it with verry easy. And if wold be, that can make bitcoin unlimited, so if all people have so many bitcoin, it will make bitcoin verry cheaper after.

Bitcoin could end up being a side nation's country money but the fact of the matter is... You cannot expect btc to rise to the challenge to be that currency because there are a limited amount of btc allowed.
If bitcoin is limited , So How much a person have a maximum limit?
LOL not that limit, he meant that bitcoins were created in a limited number and can not be mined over that certain value. I think he is right but the answer to his questions is then we can increase price per btc and hence even 1 satoshi can be considered 1 bitcoins ?

Bitcoin is already used all over the world but Im not sure it can be officially called an international currency.

There are certain national currencies held all over the world in reserve by central banks in order to facilitate global trade, this is the modern economy that no nation exists by itself or tries to operate a colony type empire.   So we have competing currencies based on a few themes, such as Oil is a widely recognised trading background to currencies.   Some upset from USA fracking and increased oil production has changed global balance and economies globally.

Bitcoin is largely benefiting from the US dollar QE policy, it allows its citizens and those tied to USA indirectly by trade such as China to bypass some of the losses that occur from QE.   Its been a useful product or token but not yet held as currency as such I think, its more transitory

Quote
Chinese yuan officially became a world reserve currency on November 30, 2015. Starting in October of 2016, it will account for 10.92% of the IMF total reserve currency.[45][46] This would make Chinese yuan the fifth reserve currency after US dollar, Euro, British pound sterling and Japanese yen.[47]

Taken from Wiki.   The missing reserve is gold but that is backing in part to some of these currencies.    The very next world currency will not be bitcoin, it will be SDR and if you have never heard of what that is and it already exists then you would look to the IMF who issue SDR.    Its possible if US dollar did pass out its proxy as world currency then the understudy to the crown is SDR not anything less official.   Once SDR fails and the IMF system fails then you can consider gold and bitcoin as maybe and perhaps much higher prices and usage would result, its a sink or swim scenario at that point and we are still well afloat a long way from that outcome

Bitcoin is already an international currency that everyone can spend anywhere online.
It can grow, and attract more peoples.
For that, we need to improve the system, so that transactions will be faster.

Bitcoin is an international currency because it has no boundaries or limitation . It is not controlled by any government. But only thing it is not yet considered as an international currency it is not used everywhere and not everyone knows about it.
Well, I agree. I think any currency that is accepted throughout the world and has no limitations for a specific country is called international currency. Bitcoins are widely opened for international users and hence I think is a international currency.
The best thing with bitcoin as international currency is it has a great benefit using it online and we can easily transact internationally with less service fee and very fast transaction, I am happy to know bitcoin because it bridges the gap between the rich country and the poor.

Some day it may be one of the global currency leaders. But that is if larger institutions will use it.  There is more ot it then users alone, our former enemy the banks, will need to embrace it too.
I think bitcoin 1. Will never be a real currency 2. is already a currency for doing deals in digital environments.
yeah, i think so. cause bitcoin have may weakness, and need a long time to change fiat currency

I think bitcoin can be an international currency, but for now, it's still hard for bitcoin because there are still many things that bitcoin need complete first, like having a physical unit like paper money for bitcoin.
I dont think its hard for the bitcoin to gain reputation as international money...Because the major countries like Germany has already started using BTC.....They are using BTc in the local cafes, bars and even in the governmental bodies.. So in the near future we can see the BTC as international money.. It has nothing to do with paper money...if paper money is important then why we are using credit card ?

True, in the Philippines, thanks to coins.ph, we have a way to pay our bills with bitcoin.  Loading mobile numbers offering a 5% rebates to promote and introduce BTC to non users.  There are some restaurant that accept bitcoins here too and even a Bitcoin ATM is also available for use.

If you ask me I would say the Bitcoin is already an international currency because everybody in the world who has access to the internet can make use of Bitcoin.
They can sure make some improvements here and there but I am sure that they will come in the future.
Its all about perception. It all matters what we think about bitcoin. But I believe bitcoin has a huge potential to be recognized as international currency. In the near future I think It will replace the use of credit cards and other online payment systems like paypal or western union.

Every people will use the BTC for the trading, for business and other small work. We all hope that it will be the well recognized currency which must be a first step towards international currency.
lI also think that way, I think people will be adopting bitcoin as they we know that the we're on era where you we need things quick and by that we want digital currency. A currency which you can use online without getting worried.

New users will only join the community if they see higher price and opportunity to earn good profits from it, if price will go back then even existing users will prefer to switch to something else.
I agree but let's not take it generally. There are people too who join this community because they found out that bitcoin is safe and thus make their money safe too once they convert it.

you are right about it, it depends on whether big companies will be using or not, if they will decide not to adopt to bitcoins then bitcoin will be in a huge problem as the adoption would stop

i think that bitcoin might become an international currency in the near future i think, though nearly anything might happen, i hope that bitcoin will become really big in a few years

bitcoin is already international because it doesn't belong to any nation or government and also it is a currency because it has the potential and also it is being used as a currency too. but in my opinion it will never be international currency in a sense that it will never replace fiat because fiat has always been so strong.
Well, international means that government of all the countries allow and recognize bitcoins as a legal currency and allow the straightforward use of it. I think this wont happen because govt. always seek personal interest, while bitcoins is a users currency Smiley
