Should have looked at more reviews online actually they have a HORRIBLE record on scam sites now that I seatch around.

I would like to talk to the guy to posted this more.

We tracked over 80,000 hands. The last 500 times the dealer had a 12, they busted on the next hand exact 30% (almost EXACTLY what the odds say they should). The last 500 times player had a 12 and hit, they busted 52% of the time. We’re to believe this is just a statistical anomaly? The odds of getting a blackjack is supposed to be around 4%. Yet over the last 200 times the player got blackjack, the dealer had a blackjack in the very next hand 9%, and within 3 hands 27% of the time.

Only show 10 hands history fucking cheaters and scammer. Last issue I had was only replied to and never fixed and never given hand history this place is a fucking scam

99% return? how when you lose all hands all the time?

if dealer has 15/16 always draw to 21 ALWAYS!

dealer has 20 about 70% of time and ALWAYS have Black Jack (unless you bet insurance then it draws to 21 and takes insurance bet)

Website is a scam lost alot of BTS over the past 2 years on many accounts NEVER WON ANYTHING! 99% return is a LIE!

You will never get over your initial deposit on Blackjack so dont play here

Im sure the idiots who run the emails will reply "provably fair" WHO CARES IT IS PROVABLY FAIR OF YOU ALWAYS GET 20 OR DRAW TO 21?

You can prove the bet wast altered but you cant prove they done stack the "decks" seed

I tested it again today and LOST all the hands on my deposit not one WIN how is that 99% return?

Tried again with the same deposit amount and only won 2 hands lost 8 in a row ( to dealer 20 start or dealer drawing to 21 on 15/16) its not 99% return it 99% LOSS chance

Can you believe when dealer draws 8 cards to 21? At least in Vegas dealer draws 6 you win fucking cheats

Got an error that the game had already been played. then an error that the server connection had been lost.

You don't reply to emails.  You disabled chat on the website (years ago).  You haven't been on bitcoin forum in 7 days.

I'm not making up that glitch/bug.   Besides losing bets - what is the best way to get support for bitcoinvideocasino?

My fault for continuing to play at a casino that not only pays lip service to honest bug reports, but doesn't answer emails, and doesn't even monitor their presence in the forum.   

I play because this is the only casino that legitimately pays out when you cash out.   However, either all the team quit at bcvc, or they just have complainers like me on ignore.   Had 3 more bets lost, and nothing but crickets no matter where it's reported.

Well, at least your thread gets bumped up in the forum.

I don't think the guy you're responding to is saying that you're rigging his games at all. I believe his accusation is that you are using a BVC-controlled account to win the jackpot when it gets to a high value which you do not wish to pay out. I don't think there's enough or really any evidence to support that claim, but still, I don't think you actually addressed his concern at all.




Oh my god, THANK THE FUCK LORD!!!! finally..... That is LITERALLY exactly what i was getting at.........   Anything I say he takes it as me accusing them of cheating....  Which is so insane especially due to the fact I have been playing on the site before he even knew it existed...

and still play on it.... I NEVER questioned the authenticity of the site, not once.....    I doubt theres anyone that has played more hands on this site than me, ive won the slot jackpot on all three BTC, ZCASH, AND DASH sites.... 


When I get pissed off, half of the time its cuz im mad i lost (which i will then apologize), and the other half is when there is a legitimate concern (that happens one in every 500,000 hands), and no longer get any response at this point....

I absolutely agree with you, jonasBTC, that timeframe is completely unacceptable! On the back of this issue we're going to be making all player history accessible and downloadable for increased transparency, and to enable players to self audit. This is now on our roadmap for implementing.

And the reason the bonus rules aren't explained on the site, is because no one has asked for them previously.

Considering how many apologies you've made for slow/bad customer service, can you really say no one else has asked with any certainty?

We're currently making team changes to ensure a speedy resolutions to any issues that are raised. This will vastly cut down the slow issue resolution times. I can't say with 100% certainty that no one else has asked for the bonus rules but searching through our email inbox for anything related doesn't show any other requests for that so I am relatively certain.

If a person opts in to the bonus game (blackjack) and they get a 7 (77 or 777) - the play history shows that result, and excludes the game played.

So it may display 20 - but often you see less than 20.

I agree that isn't ideal, and this will be remedied when all player history is available for download. We will also be showing the last 100 games in the 'My Games' tab rather than just 20.

We're very happy to take player feedback on board regarding any aspect of the casino, and if something makes sense and fits with other changes or planned updates we're more than happy to implement it. Smiley

As mentioned in response to your private message we're a very small team and there are other projects on the go, however this should certainly not be resulting in a lacklustre experience for players on the casino(s) when it comes to support and requests. It's inexcusable, and we absolutely must do better.

The game history is not restricted from players due to any malice on our part, it just wasn't deemed necessary to make more than 20 games available in the history. As mentioned via PM I'll see what we can do in terms of longer game histories, and any suggestions for the number of games in the history would be welcomed.

I have to disagree that our trustworthiness is in question here; we have always been a trustworthy casino which operates with transparency and provable fairness, and we've always done right by our players. We do, however, certainly have to step up our resolution times to get things back to the way they were previously. No excuses, and absolute admission of a failing on our part there - we'll strive to better!

Hey guys, as you know I'm a big fan of your sites and I think you're trustworthy and good about following up promptly.  However, I still have the ongoing issue of ZEC (from zecvideocasino) that was withdrawn and had never showed up.  It has been nearly 5 days now, and although Gary assures me that this will happen, I'm really starting to freak out because I have yet to receive the payout promised.  I know that you guys have a good rep and treat your customers right, but it is crucial that I receive this payout asap.... Thank you for your patience.  Your withdrawal has now been sent out, and I thought I should take a moment to update the community for the reason for the delay with the ZCash withdrawal.
Our main focus has always been Bitcoin, and it wasn't until the fees became so high that we ever considered using anything other than BTC.
That was when we setup our Zcash and Dash casinos.
Zcash recently had a node software upgrade that we were not aware of since we don't follow that community closely.
When the network upgraded,  our node was no longer able to process the withdrawals automatically as usual.
We have now updated our own software and everything should be back to normal with instant deposits and withdrawals.

Are there any other coins you guys would like to see next?

There isn't any good excuse that it took a week to get this taken care of.
One of our team members who was responsible for this is dealing with some personal issues and dropped the ball on this.
The rest of our small team will work to make sure a delay like this doesn't happen again in the future.
We are one of the oldest and most trusted Bitcoin casinos in the world.  We value all of our players and want them to feel valued too.

Good to hear that, probably you need to hire more members to manage your site especially for the deposit and withdrawal. So there will be someone to replace the position and job when the other one is getting personal issue or other issue that makes him unable to process something urgent on your site. Good thing is that the affected player could accept the situation wisely, appreciate him as well because he was able to wait patiently for his money.

Hey man i was looking through the posts and saw this. Thank you for your support, at that time i was thinking the site had ponzi'd  lol because they took so long to reply. But in the end i was happy to have been refunded. This was the only time though ive ever had such a delay (ive emailed them alot when i lose accounts), usually they are swift in replying to emails.

Ive been playing with you guys for a long time now, and though i love the casino site and the games. I kind of wish yall had more promotions or bonuses for players. Ive had some nice wins but also lost alot. Would make the losing phase alot more bearable with some strong "thanks for playing with us" bonuses from the site.
