Thank you for your patience.  Your withdrawal has now been sent out, and I thought I should take a moment to update the community for the reason for the delay with the ZCash withdrawal.
Our main focus has always been Bitcoin, and it wasn't until the fees became so high that we ever considered using anything other than BTC.
That was when we setup our Zcash and Dash casinos.
Zcash recently had a node software upgrade that we were not aware of since we don't follow that community closely.
When the network upgraded,  our node was no longer able to process the withdrawals automatically as usual.
We have now updated our own software and everything should be back to normal with instant deposits and withdrawals.

Are there any other coins you guys would like to see next?

Hey guys, as you know I'm a big fan of your sites and I think you're trustworthy and good about following up promptly.  However, I still have the ongoing issue of ZEC (from zecvideocasino) that was withdrawn and had never showed up.  It has been nearly 5 days now, and although Gary assures me that this will happen, I'm really starting to freak out because I have yet to receive the payout promised.  I know that you guys have a good rep and treat your customers right, but it is crucial that I receive this payout asap.... Hey man i was looking through the posts and saw this. Thank you for your support, at that time i was thinking the site had ponzi'd  lol because they took so long to reply. But in the end i was happy to have been refunded. This was the only time though ive ever had such a delay (ive emailed them alot when i lose accounts), usually they are swift in replying to emails.

Ive been playing with you guys for a long time now, and though i love the casino site and the games. I kind of wish yall had more promotions or bonuses for players. Ive had some nice wins but also lost alot. Would make the losing phase alot more bearable with some strong "thanks for playing with us" bonuses from the site. I reported what appeared to be a glitch/bug to the admin@ email - and followed up with one, and both were outright ignored.

I have an account that is an affiliate account.  I logged in and saw a (very) small earned balance.   

Somewhere in the range of 3.5 credits (in blackjack) - so 0.00035 (so like $3 USD, so not a big deal)

I put 3 credits on one hand - and started to play.  No cards were revealed, the site basically "froze"

I waited, the site gave a time out message after a few minutes, and when I cancelled the message, the 3 credits were returned to my balance.

This has happened before when my own connection was having issues, and I always got the chips back.

There was no connection issue.  I had streaming music in another tab and refreshed twitter while this site was frozen.

The 3rd time I cancelled the error message, the 3 chips were not returned.

The play history did not show any bet, but the credits were gone.

I reported this to alert the site.  I did not report it as any sort of bug bounty program.  I reported it and wanted to know if this was a known issue or if they would look into it. 

No replies.

This is an honest gaming site.  I've had signups win nice amounts and always were instantly paid.   But this was not something I made up (I mean really, would anyone do this over $3?)

Round 2:00 CST I couldn't get games to load (it seems no one could as well because around 2:20 CST users starting playing again in the recent wins)

My Balance was 0.013XXXX but when the games started working again I had a balance of 0.01199981

I am assuming this was because I tried to play while the game server was down during the 20 minute window.

I tried playing Black jack and Craps while and got a connection error each time. Can someone check into this?
