We're thinking up some ways to make the provably fair stuff more visible. We want to make sure everyone knows that each and every one of our games are legit. Edit: Sorry. I misread what you wrote here. We understand the leaderboards need some work to be more dynamic. We're working on that now and will update you all when the leaderboards are much improved.

I discuss this with the other programmer here. We went with the odds from vegas (250 as the min bet RF payout) to encourage 5 bet play. Once we implement a jackpot perhaps we can give all plays the same odds and keep the jackpot on the 5 bet column, like how play.luckco.in does it.
