Would like to point out that the zcash version of the site is not paying out withdrawals. I have been in contact with the site.

The issue is not resolved and has now been 3 days since without my withdrawal, I would recommend avoiding all versions of this site at this point in time. 

Something dodgy is going on. I'm lucky that its only a small amount. I will post evidence if I do not here anything. I will also update if they do make the transaction.

What error message/notification you get while trying your winning from the site? Above user experienced the same issue with you IMO and it seems that it has been solved already but unluckily the error happens again when you try to withdraw your ZEC.
Be patient, although it may take a bit longer for you to wait but I still believe than BVC will fix the error and you'll be able to withdraw your ZEC. It is common thing here where they need longer time to give responses to user's issue. Have you tried to contact them via the telegram group?

Well I understand what you mean, but I would rather telegram group can be support for users who experience problems like a livechat. Indeed, in a platform that has several members who work according to their fields, but at least you can direct users who have problems to the support team directly so that they get a response faster than having to wait in a queue. It is unfortunate if telegram group is only a means of discussion and admin only ignores messages about user problems, it will certainly cause disappointment.

Certainly MonsterV, we are prioritizing bringing a quick resolution to user problems who reach out to us through the group. Smiley

To have a lot of way just to report issues will be hard for them because each of their report team will be hard to solve this. It will spread the work but it does not make the result easier. While it can be used as a means to report issues by our community, the group's purposes is not solely to act as a support platform, but a much broader one where shared experiences can be created. How long he need to wait to get his issue fixed? He reported it 10 days ago and you have just replied to his post today. I hope it is just a matter of late reply but the issue was fixed faster.
It seems that you have a small problem in terms of contact support as I can see from the previous issues by some players. I believe you need to have more supports to handle any issues, so players wont need to wait and complain many times before the issue is resolved.
