Why do nearly half of my deposits require confirmations before they get credited?

If you blatantly misrepresent how things work on your site, then it does make me question what other underhanded things you do.

Thank you for noticing. As you might be aware, transactions take time to process even without a confirmation. Sometimes a confirmation happens to occur in the meantime, this does not mean that we wait for it.

Let me reassure you that we DO NOT misrepresent how things work on our site or carry out any underhanded activities.

Please understand that we don't have end-to-end control over the entire blockchain and how transactions are processed, what you posed as a question falls under this category and has nothing to do with our processing of your deposits.

Either you do wait for confirmations, or you don't.

I send from the same wallet, to the same bitcoinvideocasino wallet address, yet maybe 1/3 of the time I get a "Pending" popup instead of a popup indicating the credit was applied immediately.

Doesn't explain why suddenly my same wallet would be at risk for a double spend, but you should at least be acknowledge that not all deposits are instant...as you previously have.

I just did a small deposit to see.    Sent from the same wallet I always do, to the same wallet you always provide.

If people password protect their account, the site won't allow them to login without it.

It also should ask for the password when making a withdrawal.   It does for 2-fa, why not for password?

Ideally, you should have a password and a 2FA to protect your login into the account. 2FA is the more secure of the two that also protects your cashouts.

Nevertheless, we are always open to adding new additional features in the future.

Last day dice jackpot was 7515.76 and today is 1398.48 and records show that no one won dice jackpot, Any explanation?
Noob question: if jackpot balance is zero is there chances to win if i play!

We've checked from our end, and everything seems to be in order. If there are irregularities you can rest assured they will be sought after and rectified Smiley
If the Jackpot balance is 0, then you have to wait for it to grow.

Would like to point out that the zcash version of the site is not paying out withdrawals. I have been in contact with the site.

The issue is not resolved and has now been 3 days since without my withdrawal, I would recommend avoiding all versions of this site at this point in time. 

Something dodgy is going on. I'm lucky that its only a small amount. I will post evidence if I do not here anything. I will also update if they do make the transaction.

What error message/notification you get while trying your winning from the site? Above user experienced the same issue with you IMO and it seems that it has been solved already but unluckily the error happens again when you try to withdraw your ZEC.
Be patient, although it may take a bit longer for you to wait but I still believe than BVC will fix the error and you'll be able to withdraw your ZEC. It is common thing here where they need longer time to give responses to user's issue. Have you tried to contact them via the telegram group?

Well I understand what you mean, but I would rather telegram group can be support for users who experience problems like a livechat. Indeed, in a platform that has several members who work according to their fields, but at least you can direct users who have problems to the support team directly so that they get a response faster than having to wait in a queue. It is unfortunate if telegram group is only a means of discussion and admin only ignores messages about user problems, it will certainly cause disappointment.

Certainly MonsterV, we are prioritizing bringing a quick resolution to user problems who reach out to us through the group. Smiley

To have a lot of way just to report issues will be hard for them because each of their report team will be hard to solve this. It will spread the work but it does not make the result easier.
