I don't think, XRP will help you to make something big from your investment because the price is very low for their investors to experience massive income next year. Since Bitcoin still remain the king among other cryptocurrencies in this period, it will be advisable to invest more on Bitcoin now because the price of Bitcoin will definitely increase to $100,000 next year 2024 to prepare the mind of the investors about what will going to happen 2026 and 2027. Based on what is happening in the crypto market, showed that bearish season is about to leave for bullish season to take over so that long term investors and short term investors will start selling their coins to make a passive income.

Always pick the top dog of crypto and that's Bitcoin, nothing else. Bitcoin controls the majority sentiments of the crypto market if bitcoin goes up, the altcoins follows as well and vice versa. As always buy and hold BTC because it's the king of crypto though XRP is still good to hold but the majority should be bitcoin.

Why not try investing in Altcoins that will give you full returns, such as the great altcoins Ethereum and also Bnb, and if you are looking to profit from long-term investment both altcoins are good to buy, and we think you will get the returns you want. or you can choose some of the other top Altcoins for you to make as Investment assets.

I have been researching more into XRP lately and have read price predictions ranging from $5 to $100 next bull run.

Oh my God, what a naive prediction. What $100 are we talking about? A project that has 26 billion in capitalization is suddenly going to grow 200 times to be worth $100. The days of naive hamsters waiting for Ripple at $10 are over in 2018. But no, there are still dreamers who are predicting something completely detached from reality Smiley

On this forum, this prediction ranks second in my ranking of fabulous predictions. The first place is held firmly by the forecast SHIB for $1 Wink

I do agree that if the market is good XRP will gain you more profit than BTC, high gain also mean high risk, if the market is crashing you will suffer more loss if you are holding XRP. You might won't get so much if you are holding BTC right now, but at the same time the worst time of BTC is better than the worst time of XRP.

Because all Altcoins are tied to Bitcoin, even though for whatever reason Bitcoin is much more valuable, so we prefer Bitcoin over some other Altcoins, even though they get good ratings, what remains the main handle is Bitcoin. and we fully feel that Altcoins will continue to follow the movement of the Bitcoin market.

You may or may not be right. We've seen where Bitcoin has been up. Where it's been down. Now it's on the up again. I'd pick Bitcoin as the number 1 pick.
Bitcoin is always the best pick especially when comparing it to the garbage shit scam coin like XRP. people were not having good future. In my opinion if XRP is still alvie caused by it has billions that raised from selling so many premined coin in the market.

I think that bitcoin will always become the best choice all time.

Everyone are usually perfect with their predictions concerning altcoin and have also forgotten the sole purpose of the bull run depends on bitcoin, to whatever you are predicting you must first consider bitcoin because if there's no bitcoin halving I don't we may experience circler bull run to at which witnessing it in every 4 years time.
Also consider bitcoin because if there are no much effects on bitcoin then there could be lesser action to altcoin.

This is different from other altcoins if you look at the charts XRP and Bitcoin are both very different in their flow,
XRP doesn't follow the overall Bitcoin price if you look at 2021 when Bitcoin is new ATH, XRP prices don't follow it either,
as well as in 2021 when the bearish market starts XRP doesn't go down too deep,
this is why XRP might just become its own cryptocurrency and get out of the way of Bitcoin.

For me, bitcoin is the more established cryptocurrency, XRP has been gaining attention for its potential use in the global payments system. Some sources suggest that XRP could reach $5 in the next bull run, which would be a 12X return from its current price. It is important to note that price predictions can be speculative and should not be taken as financial advice. On the other hand, Bitcoin is considered a more stable investment with a predicted 4X return in the next bull run. Although the returns may be lower, Bitcoin's long-term presence in the market and its widespread adoption make it a safer bet for many investors.

In my conclude, if you are looking for potentially higher returns and are willing to take on more risk, XRP may be a more suitable option. However, if you prefer a more stable investment with a proven track record, Bitcoin may be the better choice.

these two coins are good so don't worry about the future of these two coins, Bitcoin and XRP are both cryptocurrencies that have different utilities,
Bitcoin is the blockchain itself and XRP is the top altcoin, the correlation is indeed the price of Bitcoin will have an impact on altcoins including XRP ,
so if you want to buy XRP then this is the right time.
Although BTC and XRP are good coins, they have different situations. BTC is the main crypto coin, so we can assume this coin will survive safely. While XRP can drop its current position from top coins if they have a serious problem. As we know that Ripple still has a problem with SEC, this may harm the whole investors if SEC wins the case. We don't know what is the end of this case, it is still hard to predict. While Bitcoin, it always proves that it's invulnerable to anything. Even if there are too many negative rumors about Bitcoin, it won't impact anything for Bitcoin future. So, for the safety reason, Bitcoin should be the main choice. Especially if someone wants to plan for a long-term holding.

Bitcoin won't always be number 1 on CMC, so measuring against it is pointless. People need to cash out to fiat to pay bills and buy things. In fact, one could argue that soon, it is likely that everything in the world will be measured against XRP because it will be used by Swift and governments for CBDCs.

Government never interested to use XRP tech. It can be seen from the old news about how bankers prefer to use the tech developed by R3 consortium rather than ripple. Ripple is just BS. What you have said above was actually non sense. Ripple has no value if it's not caused by bitcoin. The idea to create shit scam coin like ripple will never exist if there was no bitcoin created by satoshi.

I have neither of the above but am leaning towards XRP.

I believe Bitcoin will reach $100k next bull run but that is less than a 4X from current price.

I have been researching more into XRP lately and have read price predictions ranging from $5 to $100 next bull run.

I dont believe XRP will reach $100 or even $50 next bull run but feel like it could reach $5 which sounds conservative compared to all the predictions I have heard but is still a 12X from current price.

I am leaning more towards XRP purely for the better possible returns. I do believe Bitcoin is here to stay but less than a 4X from current price doesn’t appeal to me.

This is my first bull run coming up and I want to put a lot of the profits I make into Bitcoin in the 2026/27 bear market to then possibly cash out in the 2028/29 bull run when Bitcoin should at least be around $200k.

Thoughts on this? Anyone more into XRP or is everyone here pro Bitcoin?
To avoid regrets invest in BTC and also invest in XRP, bitcoin is the coin that has no comparison in crypto, it is said to be the king of crypto coin because if it fall altcoins will also fall, based on the history the altcoins will suffer bear market when bitcoin price goes down drastically, and if the bull season begin altcoins will also rise.

Usd value pricing alts us pointless.  It all runs off bitcoin price.  Meaning if bitcoin goes up 10x but ripple only goes up 5x would you consider this a success?  To really get the co.paruson you need to just look at the bitcoin price increase or decrease and compare your coins price xrp or whatever.  Anything other than that you are doing yourself an injustice.

the two are clearly very different, Bitcoin has a total supply of only 21 million, while XRP is 99 billion,
from this comparison alone it is very striking, that's why the prices of Bitcoin and XRP are very different,
but when talking about XRP I think the development of XRP is much better,
because indeed Bitcoin was not created to be developed, but created to be adopted.

It is risky but it could 10-20x next bull run depending on how much hype comes into it after winning the court case.
No guarantee XRP can rise 10-20x in the upcoming bullrun. Instead, it may free fall if there is bad news related to the XRP case with SEC. As far as I know, the case is unresolved, so we must be careful about the bad news.

Anyway, even if there is hype on XRP, not sure whether it will rise above 10x or not. Not each coin can increase significantly every bullrun season, some coins may not increase as expected. Check again the history of previous bullrun seasons.

Bitcoin is good for long term and I am planning on putting my profits from my altcoins into Bitcoin.
Sure, BTC is always the main option for long-term holding.
BTC is the mother of crypto coins, so we can trust this coin more than others.
The pattern of BTC price move is also more predictable than altcoins, it always increases significantly every 4 years. It is because BTC has its halving, it triggers the price to skyrocket.

if you compare the two cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and XRP are of course very different,
because XRP is an altcoin, while Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency itself, the total supply is also very different,
Bitcoin only has 21 million coins and that's what makes the price of Bitcoin reach $ 50 k,
while XRP has a total supply of up to billions of coins and XRP only has a price in the range of $ 0.1 to $ 3,
yes it is possible that XRP can reach $ 10 or even $ 20 in the future.
