It was a really intense match, at the end, won by Inter

Awful prediction so far for the first part of the 5th round, but compared to others, I am good 

Tomorrow we could see some draws as well, today I was not focused at all on potential draws...

Eh, meh, what a load of hogwash results. And to think I'd have normally picked many of these upsets on a regular matchday, makes me even more meh. Liverpool were good for their win, even with 3rd choice keeper he didn't have too tough a night, Ajax are weirdly underwhelming, lucky for us. Atalanta shot themselves in the foot. Now they gotta scramble with Atalanta in the final game to get 2nd place!

Ah, very good point. I wasn't aware teams were already through. I'll probably skip the Bayern game then unless they surprise me with the line-ups. They're playing second in the league RB Leipzig on Saturday as well so they might rest a lot of players. Liverpool/Ajax it is then since they're fighting it out for first place and Atalanta are join third with Ajax on 7 points so it's pretty close in that group.

LTU_btc & famLFC have yet to make their picks and there's two early kick offs happening in less than an hour.

yeah, and Inter just joined Sorare game, so it would be interesting to see if they can hold enough to reach at least Europa league, because CL next round seems really far away, if possible (I know that mathematically it is)
M'Gladbach is not that good, as it seems looking just on the table at the moment

regarding Bayern and Atletico, it would be interesting, and probably we would see old football statement from Gary Lineker at the end, and Bayern 0:1 win

Best game for me tonight is G'ladbach - Inter, that one is important to both clubs and I expect a lot of goals in it. Bayern and City could rest a lot of players since the result is not important to them. Bayern game could be particularly disappointing taking in account the way Atletico plays. Could be a snooze fest with one lucky goal in the end.

Don't forget tonight's games. A few decent match-ups tonight, but don't know whether to watch the Liverpool/Ajax game or ATL Madrid/Bayern one. I was gonna back Liverpool to win at home as they won 1-0 on the reverse fixture away but but they've been a bit shaky recently so not sure now. I think it will be narrow either way. Could be goals in the Bayern match. I'm looking forward to the Man U / PSG game tomorrow the most though. Man United surprised me with the 2-1 away win but not sure they'll do it again even at home but they're so wildly inconsistent it's hard to predict what team will turn up.

Woah! Honestly I didn't think I would win the yellow cap for the round as I felt most users would have gone for the same picks, It was just a few correct score that impacted my round, It could have been way better If Ajax and kept their clean sheet and Lukaku buried that last chance, but it was a great week overall for me.

Big surprise Liverpool lost and not unsurprisingly nobody backed them to do so. Most of the other games had expected results. Thought Real might have been a draw but I guess Arturo Vidal getting sent off quite early will have had an impact. Went for 1-0 on the ATL Madrid game and it was 0-0 so was pretty close there. Thought I did pretty well overall but still finished second from bottom this round. I guess not getting any correct scores is what did the damage. Didn't actually watch any of the games this round but will catch up on the highlights later today.


I mentioned a couple of days ago that it'll probably be next month.

surprised by the bad performance from Liverpool, but there is an obvious roster problem in-house, contgrats to Atalanta

Up until now, I have gotten all outcomes correctly, but I still await my first exact score for the round.

I have gone for all favorites in the remaining fixtures

I logged on to Superbru today and saw I got all the outcomes correctly. Considering I did not really move much on the leaderboard, I guess we all had a green day yesterday.

It will be a bit harder today but it's also a day with strong favorites across the board. The only 2 games without a clear favorite are Inter-Real and Marseille-Porto.

Shame I blew my betting bank for this month, I would have gotten good money yesterday.

Yup, a night that idiots picking upsets won't remember, and I'm happy I picked all the right results. High scores all around and lots of winners, bad night for bookies, so we shouldn't expect the same tonight eh?

But definitely had a good time anyway since I do tend to lump favourites together in parlays. Now Liverpool just need to win this one and we can breathe a little for the remaining games.

Only "upset" I'm going for tonight is Salzburg draw.

Thought I did pretty well yesterday as I got all the results right bar two, but looked at the weekly round table and came 10th out of 13. I guess the results were pretty predictable and those with a correct score or two got the boost up the table. I had 1-1 on the FC Krasnodar - Sevilla match and Sevilla went and scored in the last minute of injury time to scupper that which was pretty annoying.

actually, I did make some, but would be much more if Leipzig did not lost the match in Paris, what a hell, it is always better to be above zero, so I would not complain about it
but would about Sevilla, I was thinking that Krasnodar will not lose that match, and Sevilla was much better, but scored when you do not think they would, and Krasnodar still had a chance to level it up, but it was too much to expect

nevertheless, I do not expect more surprises today, but yesterday all matches had a clear favorite, and that team won, today that is not the case
although, all odds on favorites/goals yesterday were low, and that is why I was looking for some upsets in the process

Hopefully, all of you made some money yesterday, if you did not you are doing something wrong

Just kidding, I am always looking for some obscure markets and looking for value so I barley made a little profit yesterday and feel like I should have been just spamming favorites. If only PSG scored one more goal I would have been much better off but having watched the game I feel like they were quite lucky to walk away with full 3 points.

After day like that we will get some surprises today and double that tomorrow. Now I am a bit afraid of betting big.

in the end, all came as expected, there is no single one exception, it is probably because I have look for a few in PSG, Barcelona and Sevilla matches
Chelsea and Sevilla both secured their wins in extra time of extra time, practically in the same moment, very interesting for first two matches in CL

it is mostly all clear now, who will enter the next round, only fight will be between MUtd, PSG and Leipzig, where I would like to see PSG out, but it is not likely anymore

Rennes has lost three games in a row and in those three games they wan't able even to score one goal, and Chelsea on the other side has recorded five wins in a row
That's a good single, even for a handicap bet, I'm undecided for my pool pick 0:2 or 0:3 

Krasnodar plays more efficiently at home but Sevilla is playing much better, quite effectively lately
We could see here over scored and both to score, but my opinion is that Sevilla will take this 3 points at the end

Lazio is in a series of six matches without defeat, Zenit won just one point in the first three rounds of the Champions League and plays bad as a guest
Lazio to win.

Borussia played three very efficient matches lately, Club Brugge can score away goals
Over and both? I think that Borussia should win this one

Dynamo - Barcelona, omg, both teams with some problems lately, this one could end like a 1:1 boring match, but Barca has a bigger roaster available, but still without Messi

Juventus is playing better and better as the season progresses, Ferencvaros has already conceded 11 goals in three Champions League matches
In the first game, Juventus, as a guest, convincingly defeated Ferencvaros, the same scenario am I expecting tonight, Juventus to win with a handicap

PSG is in a series of efficient matches and Leipzig in the Champions League easily scores and concedes goals
We could see loads of goals on this match

All three Manchester United's games in the Champions League were effective, Basaksehir is in a series of matches where they can score and also easily concede a goal
It's a 3:0 for me on pool here

yeah, two most interesting will be between PSG and Leipzig and Inter and Real, since the highest stake is in these matches, because PSG and Inter will be in very tough position in case they lose these matches
nevertheless, I do not think that PSG will have an easy task with Leipzig, and would not go for PSG win, not sure what will I play, but will certainly not go for PSG to win, Leipzig has a good team, and this is a good chance for them to revenge for last season semi-final lose

in a match between Inter and Real, draw does not suite any of them, so goals could be expected, and I would probably pick Real to win, since Inter does not have stability to keep Real away from their goal for a whole match, but Real as well does not play great, although experience is there for them, will be very interesting

Don't forget about the matches tonight and tomorrow. Can't say I'm that interested in many of the games today. PSG vs RB Leizpig will likely be the most competitive but Juve playing Ferencvaros could be a slaughtering as they beat them 4-1 away in the first leg so I expect possibly more goals tonight at home for Juve. Ronaldo might not have been playing the first leg either due to covid. I'll Probably go for Inter/Real tomorrow.


Yeah, I can see lots of goals and both teams scoring at least. Might have to do my both teams to score in both halves multi, with the two cards each and two corners. Always lots of value there. I think both games could be draws, but I might back PSG at home. I'll have to check both teams' form domestically though as I don't really keep up with any of the non-English European leagues and they could be either in ruts or on fire right now. Of course the starting line-us will be a factor as well as I'm sure all teams are missing players due to covid and the injuries from the international break.
