8-10 rounds left in all seasons, may the best guy win!
No, no, no that is way to nice. You were looking for a phrase like "May the luckiest bastard win" or something similar. That one is actually my favorite and i always use it in situations like this. Of course I mean "bastard" in best possible meaning of the word Smiley

Screw international break, this will be boring 10 days. Hope to prove me wrong but I seriously doubt it.

Same,,, I was just thinking teams either hate or love the break. If you have negative momentum like Torino and Empoli (I hate Torino keep losing my bets why I bet on them) then you hope the break gives you reset. If you have good momentum though you lose it from the break. No team in Italy now has "good momentum" though the longest win streak now is,,, Juventus at 4 Wink

And Hahaha okay noted,,, ok we have a phrase I sometimes hear being used and I sort of say a similar version but it can translate something like 'go shitheads and be the shittiest you can be' but that is in the best possible non-meaning of the word also.

So in that spirit, be shitty everyone!

Most retired footballers are still in the industry grabbing opportunities that are related to their profession and that I think will benefit the organization as well as the retired players. It's better to grab opportunities that are closer to their passion except for investing because they could still excel in the field despite their age.

Not really sure what on earth are you talking about but I always feel that some retired footballers should not waste time being pundits or experts if they actually did not learn anything much,,, I have respect for all athletes but just because you used to play football does not make you a great manager or commentator Wink

I use jinx protection special card  Cool Cool Still plenty of games to be caught up, but I won't make it easy for you guys.

Sometimes there are some competitions I always wonder if I am the jinx for others,,, like Poker if I did a wrong choice it affects the guy next to me. Thankfully,,, results in pool are all about individual so you can take full responsibility for success and failure.

Still, you and I are some distance away from MoSala -- don't see him losing this lead at this stage in the season. (Let's see if this jinx is better).

Is it a reflection of Old Lady so many of us picked a low-scoring game despite them facing the bottom team?
No way we can catch MoSala, he is good and consistent Smiley

Doing my best to pile up the jinxes. Icopress with monster round this time courtesy of unbelievable number of correct scores. Can't believe Roma won the derby 3:0, I was sure Lazio will get at least a draw.

Now we have boring international games coming up so we will have a small break from pools and our free bet challenge.

^Guess both our jinxes failed.

Missed out on the first game of the day, but then followed it up with 2 exact scores, so am pretty pleased with the way this week started -- Serie A wise, anyway (watching FA Cup so mildly surprised to check scores and see them end nicely).

Today's special is Sassuolo win and clean sheet. So of course, this means either nil-nil or BTTS and draw Wink
Sassuolo is my got to team for both to score markets. I would never take this special. They are very moody team and they can lose against anybody and they concede goals literally from anybody. Now when I wrote this and placed the bet on both to score jinx is well and truly up so this can only finish 1:0 Smiley

yeah, he is actually an owner at Real Valladolid, did not that as well, and he invested as well in his Cruzeiro, to celebrate 100 years by the club and give back to them

Now I am beginning to wonder what all the other retired footballers are doing in terms of ownership and management,,, mostly from English football they end up as pundits or commentators but to actually lead a club and call the shots by being an owner and president that is so unreal. What a nice guy.

Yeah but im not a "tiffosi" of Milan, i like they win because i like to see in the tournament teams with history.

One thing i really dislike of Serie A its a lot of "medium teams" never can fight for anything serious like UCL spots.

Atalanta its one exception and also its not a "medium team". For mediums teams I say Fiorentina, Lazio, Udinese.

I guess I can understand this because Spurs is what most of my friends would call a medium team. They probably will insult it much more if I am not there Wink Lazio though is that not a team of history as well at least if not in achievements in being one of the most famous derby members in football with Roma?

I've been messing about too much with accas actually, and getting 4/5 right many times the last 2 weeks. So almost every day I log into my account and see a freebet from the insurance. Of course, I proceed to put in on some idiot special and lose it by one team. Those teams that make it into the Specials are always containing one bedshitter heh.

Today's special is Sassuolo win and clean sheet. So of course, this means either nil-nil or BTTS and draw Wink

I think I won a few times but honestly,,, I cannot remember now which promos I win because there are so many. Today I entered 3 already, yours is 4, and I still have 2 more to make!

I feel you. Luckily, this is a nice complaint for us to have. Honestly sometimes I wonder even if my betting style is changing because of these freebets, I really ought to put them on better picks as I waste them on Specials. Part of the issue is they expire quickly but that's not a good excuse when even the smallest ones are about $10. Snag a promo win and it's 0.5 or 1 mbtc or even 2 mbtc... That's as much as $80, too good to just randomly place.

In 2016 I was signing up for London bookies and they were giving only fivers or tenners as freebets to new customers (or giving huge price boosts). I felt so amazed to get all these freebets and boosts I turned them into a lot of money that season (Klopp's run to Europe final mainly, Sturridge's incredible goal every game also I still remember). SB's promos put all these bookies to shame =p

I see bookmaker odds for Juventus to win Serie A is 3%. The bad news is they will probably not even get into Champions League if they continue to be as bad as their last performance. The good news is we can always get 2x odds now on them  Grin

Thanks again Trofo for challenges, I think I won a few times but honestly,,, I cannot remember now which promos I win because there are so many. Today I entered 3 already, yours is 4, and I still have 2 more to make!

Is there some unlucky person without win so far? I am quite bad, if I am correct this is my second runners up reward and that is it.

but you are probably better than others in betting real time (following your tennis picks, real value bets)

Juventus was a booger last night, expected more from them (even to pass next round), but Villareal and Benfica proved that we need one low-level team in SF each season, and one of them will probably pass
Roma and Lazio should be a good match, Inter, Napoli, Juventus playing at home, but Milan seems also as an easy win for the weekend

New challenge is up guys, we have a classic Rome derby in Italy and of course Classico in Spain. It does not get better than this, was really easy to choose the games this time. It was sort of expected after a week without derby games.

Barely found the time to grade it this time, if I knew I'll get the free bet I would have found the time even sooner Smiley

actually I did not know Ronaldo used to play for them, and when I looked him up I was surprised to see he is President of Real Valladolid. Amazing that time passes without us remembering (sorry for bringing it up just could not help).

this would be a great success for Milan to get the title, they are in good position to do that, and it will interesting to last round, with Juventus in top form
city rival Torino took points from Inter, and it all goes well for Juventus

I really want Milan to win this Serie A because they really need for be again one powerfull team not only in Italy also in Europe i really miss the Milan team in the Champions League being powerfull.

I miss the times when they are a title contender and have stars like Ronaldo, Cafu, Dida Maldini Shevchenko etc

Those names all mean something to me even though I never watched AC Milan in those days,,, actually I did not know Ronaldo used to play for them, and when I looked him up I was surprised to see he is President of Real Valladolid. All teams go through cycles do not worry. You will celebrate your Milan one day again Wink

Milan definitely overperforming with the final strong breaths of old hands still displaying killer instincts (Zlatan whenever he can play, and Giroud eager to prove he isn't past his sell-by date) if not on the pitch then in training, I'm sure those playing the first-11 are forever aware they have to perform or get displaced by their older teammates.

Fiorentina got me off to good day but when I think they can do another goalfest they show up with a 1-nil win ha! And now Osimhen gets the goal he's been deserving with his plays.

Juve is on track, another round, another win, it all seems to fit for them
would be a killer to see them winning a title, after start like this, and having Ronaldo gone

Milan is up at the moment, and will probably finish it tonight against Empoli (should be a clean sheet for them as well)
Juve was bad in the first half of the season but now they are looking more and more like the old Juve. Winning it out with one goal to spare and collecting points. I feel like Inter and Napoli blew their chances for a title in maybe one of the easiest Serie A seasons ever. Inter at least got a title last season but this was once in a decade or maybe even more chance for Napoli.

I have no idea how Milan has that many points. Whenever I watch them they are quite bad and they have weakest squad among title contenders, at least on paper. I guess another case of champions mentality.
