Why is Anon136 missing from the list of escrows? IMO he provides one of the most reliable escrow services on bitcointalk. He has dealt with enough money to prove his trustworthiness and he is one of the first names that springs to my mind when I consider escrow.

I would suggest devthedev for this job since he has a pretty good track record for escrow on weekly basis
Escrow.ms has effectively closed his escrow for probably 6 months now, or at least he is not actually offering escrow anymore.

Can you also add timings as to when they are generally available, I wanted an escrow but right now they are all off-line.
