What does he have to do with the website? As he said, He screenshots the photo last year and he didn't even mention any date. You dug out the date from the image name. It shows that he screenshots the photo on 2021-10-23 and the website you referring to released the photo one day earlier. So what's wrong here? Suppose a website released a photo yesterday and someone liked it and screenshots it on the same day or a day later. What is the issue here? Why does it smell negative?

Since he doesn't submit the photo for the competition, why do you think he stole the photo? The Internet is open. If the images don't have a copyright, anyone can use them anywhere.

Yeah looks like as it is the same picture and i mean exactly the same picture !

No mate, I've had the picture in my phone since last year..... How would you say I stole. ?
Please use your words well.

It was screenshoted, I've always wanted to try doing it, but end up frying the egg.
So do you have anything to do with the website here https://www.buyucoin.com/crypto-labs/cryptoeats-disappears-after-raising-500k-from-token-sale/?amp=1 where the picture is also ?
Can you clear that out to us please as it is not the nice art to take some pictures as your one !

On your Screenshot picture it says the date 2021.10.23 but the article on the website was released on 2021.10.22 !
How is that possible ?

Currently the highest votes received about Bitcoin pizza bake-off 2022 is fillippone with 21 votes! followed by icopress, EFS, Phoenix Anka and xzone.

If anyone want to see their pizza, you can check here List of Bitcoin pizza bake-off 2022
Looks like the results will not be far from what you describe. Oh it turns out that the most votes have been pocketed by a very strong candidate this year. Many participants gave their own colors for their respective pizzas. Later we will see the results of the final vote announced in the final.

Nice merit analysis.
I just want to make clear that I submitted two pizzas on the forum as I thought I had to select only one entry for the contest. When I saw @icopress entry I realised the “one entry” requirement wasn’t one pizza, but one picture. So I did edited my entry on discord to have only one picture with two pizzas.
This is why you see on the forum “Fillippone” and “Fillippone2”.

It's been 4 or 5 days since the votes has been started, but mostly users are vote on the beginning and no much change after day 3. So I will make a stats to gain more attention of users in this forum to votes the best Bitcoin pizza bake-off on 2022, there's a lot users registered and joined on Discord, but the highest votes is only 21 Grin Anyway I also want to see which pizza got the highest merit, there are some users posted two pizza, but to be fair I wouldn't sum it, so I separate between the first pizza and second pizza. Based on below graph, if you see an user name followed with number 2, it mean his second pizza e.g. fillippone 2 and I excluded all the users who doesn't get any single merit or vote.

There's only 2 days and few hours before the votes closed, let's vote if you haven't not yet.

Bitcoin pizza merit by name graph

The highest merit earned about Bitcoin pizza bake-off 2022 is Rikafip with 49 merit! followed by dkbit98, fillippone, icopress and Phoenix Anka.

Happy to see so many submissions here this time and members sharing the pictures make this year contest look great. Moreover @theymos is sponsoring this year's contest so appreciate him for that and @Cyrus for keeping this day alive through these events and making members participate.

I missed this year's participation as was spending time IRL and didn't get time to make own pizza at home and the real joy is with own hands and your secret recipe although couldn't have those perfect one's like many here but still participation is good.

So best wishes to all the members and waiting for results myself and will meet you all next time.

There are many possible improvements, from anonymous submission, to pictures of a slice of pizza and pictures of the making of the pizza.
I think there is no point discussing those now. We have plenty of time to discuss those before next contest.

A true Italian will always have so many ideas for the pizzas and can't beat you it and really loved your secret although well known to us pizza recipe but what's your restaurant name  Grin? How many more aspects you need us to see of you?

Thought I'm late for the party, but actually not quite. So many intetresting entries. You are amazing, guys!

Now I'm going to make similar ones for me and my wife, and celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day, although belatedly, but couple of times during upcoming weeks. Smiley

Here's the ones I'm going to copy:

Posting here also my entry for the competition:

Are you a cheesy lover? Then you will absolutely love this pizza!
It's a full combinations of cheese: cheddar, mozzarella, yellow slices, and cheese sauce.

Friends, I present to you two Bitcoin pizzas with salami and cheese.  Tongue

Why don't you (and anyone who wants to) voice these improvement options? Changes could be discussed and maybe the best of them will be adopted.

It was new for me to participate in this Bitcoin Pizza bake-off contest and I really got a lot of fun from both the process and the result (my taste buds won't lie Smiley). Even now, watching the culinary "works" of others and waiting for the results of the judge's decision. It seems to me that this contest is more of a "beauty" contest, where the "face" of the pizza is judged, and not the "rich inner world" of it, which is traditionally judged at culinary contests (although external indicators are also judged there). In view of the format of the competition, it is almost impossible to evaluate the results of participants in terms of taste, therefore, it remains to choose the winner only in appearance. So I'm curious, by what criterion will judges be selected? What do you think about this?

Based on the experience of several hundreds of pizzas, my expertise is that you can visually tell the good pizzas from the bad ones. Of course tasting would add a lot to the accuracy of the process, but I guess it is almost impossible for obvious reasons.
Wow. I can't wait to hear your opinion on which of the pizzas proposed by the contestants, based on your rich experience with pizzas, can be the best. Of course, your choice will in no way be related to the results of the bake-off contest and should not affect the voting in any way, but will have a subjective nature of evaluation. I'm just curious because I don't have that gift to evaluate it like that.

Maybe having a picture of a slice of the pizza to judge the dough could be a nice addition to next year’s contest. There is a good numbers of improvement that could be suggested to improve the contest.
I like your option to expand the conditions the competition with an additional photo of a slice of the pizza for the test score. This requirement can only benefit the contest.

Why don't you (and anyone who wants to) voice these improvement options? Changes could be discussed and maybe the best of them will be adopted.

not your keys, not your coins!
Well, I like extrapolating, and I guess that next year the competition will be even tougher! I expect a semi-professional level!
semi-professional? wow quite challenging, considering the leaks for next year may not be a reason not to be interested. Anyway, I will write down all the Pizza recipes that others have posted here including your Italian Pizza recipe. Is it prescription theft?  Grin Luckily you didn't patent the pizza recipe, the most important thing is that next year's pizza isn't too oblong.
Fortunately I kept my other pizza dough recipe a secret; that one needs 24-48h to become perfect though, and I didn't have enough time for that this year. Grin
But next year you guys will see the nice soft & crunchy crust and thin dough in the centre due to fillippone's nice suggestion of sending a picture of a slice, as well!

can I take this recipe?  Grin

The above Pizza is little bit less tasty according to Fillippone's Tases, but more like what Lazlo would have liked:

Code:
wheat dough
mozzarella
tomato sauce
wurstels
capsicum
champignons
Cheddar Bitcoin Symbol and letters (hand made carved)
Olives
Origan

Below: Fillippone special Sicilian Pizza
Code:
wheat dough
mozzarella
tomato sauce
anchovies
Olives
Origan
Capers
Cheddar Bitcoin Symbol (hand made carved)

That's right to professional Pizza taster the texture of the dough is vital and the visual confirms it, taste it is just a formality, although for a judge an international delivery could be made.  Smiley

Seeing the enthusiasm of the contestants who were creative with improvised materials, this year was quite different from the previous year. There is always a significant improvement, it is good news that forum members are starting to want to expose more of their skills. I didn't get to participate, but as a spectator, it was my duty to be able to see the various slices of pizza.  Smiley

Can't wait for the results to be announced.

Are bribes allowed here?  Tongue
I don't think bribes are allowed here, and you are only risking to be involved in serious conflict with Italian pizza Mafia crime syndicate.
Discord Pizza-day-event is a mess so I can't see all the votes, but you still have few more days to hope until June 5 23:59PM GMT Wink

Bribes are only allowed in form of slices of self baked pizzas. Thus feeding an incredible, endless, circular reference of pizza eat-frenzy-fest.
