Hey there,
I have created this thread to organize our first Bitcointalk Poker Night!
It looks like there are many poker fans around here and what would be cooler than a fun private poker game with your fellow bitcointalk buddies.
The tournament will take place at Sportsbet´s poker room. Of course - and this is the hardest part - we have to define some basic conditions.
1. Time/Date
We all are located in different parts of the world and I know it will be hard to find the perfect timing for everyone. For that reason I suggest we play on a weekend, some lazy Sunday would be good, no?
2. Buy-in
The buy-in should not be too high so everybody can join - how about something in between $10-$20? Please share your thoughts and make suggestions.
3. Tournament Rules/Structure
I suggest we start out with some pretty standard No Limit Holdem Action. We can of course also choose other games but maybe it is a good idea to start out with NLHE.
No Rebuy/Add-Ons with a starting chip stack of 5000 and a blind increase every 10 minutes? Payout for the top 20%? Including breaks?

Please just remember everybody it makes sense we keep it as simple as possible. Did I forget anything? More ideas? Please shoot!
Really looking forward to your replies and I cannot wait to meet everybody at the table and see who will be crowned the first bitcointalk poker champion!
Also share this in other threads and/or with other forum members you know would like to play some poker! The more we are, the better of course. 
P.S. I have several other things in mind but I will not post until fixed.

- Date to be announced (Sunday next week would be cool?) / Tournament will start at 2 PM GMT
- Will post instructions on how to join the tournament shortly.
