Can anyone enlighten me on this whole fiasco?   Was this Roman guy a scammer or just a completely incompetent businessman?

The situation is legit. Also, bitfloor has similar info on their site now. "Trading will be suspended at 6 PM EST on 2013.04.17. We ask that all users finish any trades they wish to complete and cancel any open trades."

Well, anyway... it appears to be orderly and not out of control.

It'll be interesting to see what they post here.  One assumes they will.

I believe what you are looking for is this:

X-Originating-IP: [74.64.120.98]

Which seems to be a residential IP in Manhattan.

Adds credibility to the idea that this is indeed from Bitfloor:

You better remove your personal information from headers.

And please post headers of another know to be legit mail from bitfloor to compare.

Are there any personal details in there aside from email address?

I can confirm that the headers match from an email I received in 2012.

Just your IP address.  Now "they" know what IP to hack to find a bitcoin wallet Tongue.

His IP is not in the headers, that's the sender.

Just the sender eh?

Are you trolling or just retarded? When someone sends you an e-mail, your IP doesn't magically jump into the headers. Received ips is referring to the receiving mail server.

Do you see DKIM signature confirmation in gmail? http://www.appmaildev.com/img/dkim_gmail.png

I don't see anything similar. The post above has a complete dump of the email headers.

My IP is not in there. It is just the IPs of the mail servers.

Wait, everybody doesn't run their own mail servers Tongue.

I even don't know whether buy or sell with such news =))
Banks yet again prove they can close, freeze or seize your account without due process, keep buying....

Maybe they have been operating with a personal account and not a business account?  Or maybe their bank decided that the nature of their business was too risky? (If this situation is real that is)
