So ... if there was a legal gag order ... and Ukyo has told the crypto "I know what is going on" guy, what happened ... and that has been stated here on the forum ... then Ukyo has broken the gag order and is also up on charges of doing that ... or ... ?

SebastianJu: You are misunderstanding him. He is talking about claiming his AM shares which has nothing to do with weex.
kirawei's exact problem is that he a while back entered a public bitcoin address on bitfunder which he didn't have the private key to. Now that the claim portal is finally ready, the option to change the public bitcoin address on Bitfunder has been removed. (probably to avoid problems while making the shareholder list for the issuers)

Ukyo cant sign the message to my bitcoin address. Already messaged you, please contact me immediately!!!

And? If he had access to these addresses he most probably had paid out the bitcoins there.

But is there a list of deposit addresses from weexchange? If we know a couple of these addresses then we know the bitcoins are still there or not. So they are either taken away or ukyo cant access them anymore.

I make the start. My deposit address at weexchange and bitfunder received bitcoins from me on 26.10.13 the last time. All is gone.
In the order of where the most bitcoins went to:
1KMm...ynvg
1BDt...Q3BU
1H9d...FTGR
16LD...pBmW
1E4L...QUrf
1Bbk...uYef

Nearly all went to the first address.

Anyone has still bitcoins at their weexchange deposit address?

Whenever I try to put in a  AUD withdraw request it says I have no verified bank account, but I have supplied all ID (125 points worth, my status is verified) and the bank account no. is listed (twice).  Is the process of verifying a bank account different to verifying the weex account? If so, why? and where does it explain that? Regardless I am not sending any more personal information. You had enough to take my money, you have enough to give some of it back.
I sent you a personal message on Dec 17, and have just resent. I have also put in a support ticket on Weex. Tom (bitstrange) sent me the following message on Dec 13.

Ukyo says try again. Graet has had a look at you account and apparently it should work now. PM if it still doesnt work and il do my best to help you communicate to him

But nothing changed (and I don't know what account Graet looked at - I never made the name public?).

I am certainly not trolling - I have far better things to do than spend time on internet fora- I am only here because I want my money (& BTC) back. It annoys the crap out of me that I have to join and follow a forum to get any information or the possibility of customer support from a business like Weex / Bitfunder.

Then you should complain to the forums admin because I checked again and there is no PM received from "bitpeedoff" on Dec 17th.
No additional information is needed for approving a bank account. Just the bank details. I got your PM from today with all the info I need to check into this.

I still have $AUD stuck in my VERIFIED weex account. Why won't you fix that? Why don't you answer PMs?
Whatever happened to the BTC, there is zero excuse for not returning my $AUD.

Did you put in an AUD withdraw request?

Also, I triple checked. There are no PM's from you.
If you are here to troll and stir up trouble, there is nothing to gain from it.

AUD withdraws are just fine.

Ukyo, can you at least tell us if the funds that are currently unavailable are the same funds that will be dispersed in the future or if you are replacing those funds?

IE, are the bitcoin that are unavailable the same Bitcoin you are trying to release to users or are you drawing from a different pool of coins?

Also, any ETA on the Ukyo.Loan disbursement?

If the original funds become available they will be dispersed.
In the mean time we are working on alternative methods to make funds available to users with.

As for the loan, my current goal is to complete the AsicMiner claim portal and then begin working on the the new loan management system.

I did not sell peoples coins.

-Ukyo

If the original funds become available...

Y'all know the differece between IF and WHEN ?

It would also be fair to include the stated intent re alternative methods. Yes, 'time' to do this, is going to drive people nuts (me included), but the intention is quite clear.

Also, some people will remember TF's galling post re unpaid depts. Probably best Ukyo deals with it privately, and hope the 'right thing' is decided.

I think there has been enough speculation now.
The short of it, is that the funds are not available for distribution.
This is fact. Reasoning behind it won't change this.
We are doing what we can to make funds available to users.
The holidays have greatly disrupted any if not all potential business activity for the past few weeks.
Right now my biggest goal is to get AM claim system up while keeping everything else moving as best as things allow in the mean time.

I will post an update as soon as the AM claim portal is ready.

Thank you for your continued patience.

-Ukyo

How about holding off delivering any AM to the scammer TF they are property of BTCINVEST shareholders and not the thieving fund manager.

I still think the coins are not available because some kind of speculation. Ukyo may have sold our coins for around 300 $ to buy back cheaper and gain some profit with our coins. Now he cant get back in without taking a big loss and he can not tell us the truth. This really could be the reason.

Yeah guys, don't keep asking and wondering why Ukyo can't tell you why your funds are unavailable or ask what Ukyo is doing to ensure that all funds will be 'recovered'.

EDIT: Hah! Ukyo must have deleted his post right after I quoted him here.

What was deleted?

I was incorrect; my page loaded incorrectly and didn't show your post having been there again. My criticism still remains - you need to come clean on why the funds are unavailable.

There will continue to be speculation until you reveal the truth.  This is inevitable.
