Why signature campaign schedule is your concern while you are not a participant there. The spreadsheet shows that the campaign will start tomorrow(May 26) which means they plan the campaign in anticipation of the campaign date. Maybe they are just finalizing things before they start their promotion here in the forum. Their fresh looks are really outstanding and I guess this relaunch will gonna be successful this time around.

There's some complaint above regarding signature campaign payment. I don't what's really the problem but I see on the spreadsheet that Royse already sent the payment in BTC to the given address.

Maybe they did not anticipate such problem , and even not conduct some Bug events like what previous sites did like FJ if I am not mistaken when they launch their updated sites years back.
i think considering this to give bounty to the Bug hunter will prevent this cases from happening in the future.
but yes Bitlucy is trying their best to bring best result so let us wait for the team to completely manage this issues been fixed.

For sure it would really be processed automatically just like into those typical popular online casinos that we do have in the market today on which you wont really be having any problems in related to this.

They are making huge update which basically means that they had already resolved out into those previous problems.They had for sure fixed it out because it would really be just dumb to mind off that

quite alright i also expected such from them and am excited they made it back on a return, i have the feelings right from when they reopen their signature campaign back, many things have changed about them to improve the betterment of their services, i knew it right from time that the campaign and casino is not the type that has come to offer less in terms of quality service delivery for it users to enjoy, i hope by now they would have dealt well with all their shortcomings after some break, i wish them good luck.

The case is not about 30$.

The case is about unclear and unspoken signature campaign rules. Or misunderstanding between manager and BitLucy.

When joining the campaign, it was mentioned that rewards will be credited to BitLucy account. It wasnt mentioned that you can only withdraw or lose these funds. Because in case you win something with them, it will be taken away.

Then the situation with abusers happens and it was said that signature rewards will be transferred to BTC address. Royse777 asked to post BTC address in signature campaign topic. Why posting BTC address there = I want to withdraw my signature campaign reward? All in all this was a backup plan after all. I kept on gambling.

In reality, posting a BTC address meant "from this point and after, your balance will be withdrawn, and in case you win, funds will be taken away, because we plan to withdraw your balance". Due to abusers, the platform decided withdraw my funds to my BTC address. I wanted to keep funds there, keep on gambling and either lose or withdraw a bigger amount. Instead BitLucy withdraw my signature campaign reward and reset remaining balance. Fair ?

Lets pretend that there will be no abusers? What will happen to rewards then? Will I be allowed to gamble or only to withdraw? Which other decisions will BitLucy take instead of me?
What will happen if I or someone with a greater reputation here hit jackpot with signature rewards funds? Void it anyway?

@Royse, when you want to register, the flags corresponding the number for the telephone are not always correct. I get a Belarus flag with a +32 prefix but this should be Belgium.

In addition, flags are sorted in alphabetical order, but there are not country names next to flags. I am not a big expert that knows flag of each and every country. I know that my country is somewhere in the middle, so I have to scroll down and search for my prefix. Would be better if there will be place to add prefix manually to make search quicker or narrow the list. Or prefixes would be as an ascending list, coz this looks a bit complicated to find needed one.

If I understand the case of of Erumo correctly than some guys got paid first on the Bitlucy site and on their BTC adress, after which Bitlucy voided their account balance?
Seems a pretty fair and normal thing to do.

Bitlucy is not using your money for personal expense. You can not make your assumption like this.

To prevent multi account abuse the management made a decision. I would really like to see those users who got paid even after losing all the money they had in their balance. But yeah we can not ask people to shill for us. We were dealing with over 20k users.

I am in a situation, that require BitLucy representative attention. I will start from the beginning.

I have participated in BitLucy signature campaign, earned some dollars, placed some bets, won and lost. I must say that I have won more than lost. When signature campaign got paused, I have posted my BTC address here and signature campaign rewarded amount got transferred there. But, I had some funds on a balance, that I've got from betting. Today this amount was taken away with a comment "Because of bonus abuses, we have to re-do bonuses".

I have never received any bonus. BitLucy gave me 10.54$ on 05/06/22 9:04 AM and instantly took it away. I have risked my signature campaign rewards, spend time and earned, and BitLucy took it away. This is ridiculous. I just got robbed.
Have you contacted Royse777 directly Via PM? because he is directly in contact of the team and if not mistaken he is also part of it .

so Instead of asking here better to go directly in their Inbox so you will receive faster answer and best result as the Site of Bitlucy is experiencing so much abused and we cannot blame them from having this tight security now.

I have an open ticked to support pending for 5 hours already. I am not in a rush, I just want to light up my situation here. If I have violated something then it would be fair to take away my balance. That is fair. But to take away it because "group of people abused bonus", that it wrong. To add me into a group of abusers, because I have clicked receive bonus button (bonus, that was immediately take away) is also wrong.

Here is the end of my story.

I should not have used my signature campaign reward to gamble, because they plan to transfer this reward to my BTC address. I have used "planned to be send money" and won, so they made a decision to take off winning. On one hand, with a request to leave BTC address here forces platform to withdraw signature balance. On the other hand - it is weird that it is not allowed to gamble with reward.

Hi there Royse777. It looks like a bug in the newly updated website. I tried using other browsers and they all have the same results.



"Terms" are doubled. And all the supposedly readable information below like "Terms & Conditions" when clicked showed nothing.

Also when I registered my new account, I tried to input my contact number but there wasn't enough space. I am supposed to input a 10 digit number but I only managed to type 9 numbers.

Yes, indeed, now the phone number goes first on the first registration page, but registration does not cause any difficulties, the notification of the verification of the email address has come, so so far everything is fine with this.

Entering a phone number is the last thing a user wants at the moment when registering. You might consider that a user has the option to enter the phone number if they are logged in to the my account section, but this should certainly not be required.
