When a website is not ready right now but they are already getting this much attention, you gotta think that they will be doing a great job when the time comes. If you never received any bonus then your win is valid and should not be reset, so just wait until royse777 is back online and you can tell him your problem, it looks like Bitlucy isn't fully functional yet because it's impossible for the casino to get players if there is no register button and withdrawal button
