Hi guys,
Am having issues signing up, I've been trying to sign up since the past hour but it's not been successful.
After filling the registration form, the sign up button doesn't respond, clicked a million times and it's just there, nothing happens, is there anyone having this same issue or have had the same issue, how did you manage to solve it?
Try clearing your browser's cache. If it did not solved the problem, maybe you can try on using other browser. This has been the solution for that, if you browse the recent reply here, you can see that some users were able to create an account after clearing their cache.

I have one account, with the same email address, they keep deleting it with these updates. Ive been told to recreate it by support twice so im not pulling this out of thin air.
snip...
Have you tried clearing your cache and setting your browser as your default as suggested by other members? Given that their website is still in beta, it's understandable if it's a little wonky. There are still a lot of bugs to iron out, or perhaps your account has been flagged as an abuser.

First, try to resolve some of the technical issues on your end.

After re-registering my account less than 2 weeks ago i now need to re-register again apparently.
you don't need to reregister, you have to change the browser and try to log in using your old username. How many accounts have you created?

Their reaponse to me yesterday on live chat was literally:
"Due to the website infrastructure update, you need to create a new account."

But then again they have an excuse every time you try to get money out.

Just checked it seems all started with new including interface, the registration form also removes the phone number at least better than before
But it's not fully launched yet because some of the banners don't work and some games are available in demo mode
The most important thing is that Royse777 has to realize when the full launch there has to be a reason why we have to play here right?
Overall we don't need a new site but need something new, so what is it? please show.
This is a new Casino and is still under development, and I'm sure all Casinos when they're just starting out will have a bit of trouble. Agree with you new casinos should provide something unique or different from the existing ones but it takes time in development as well as time for players to finally realize how different this casino is from the others, we don't know something new that bitlucy want to offers so just wait until this is fully launch.

We have developed the current site from the scratch. It's not some ready made template and such thing anymore. We have a big team now (actually since my last announcement of us doing massive update, after trying many ready made providers we had to make this decision that we will do it by our own. Those who are familiar with the industry you that this is really a BIG move).

The entire manpower are working behind the scene day and night. Management team, Development team, IT team, Design team, Security team all are working clockwise. The Marketing team and Support team are also doing their parts too.

Congrats for the re opening of site and knowing that you came from Scratch again and looks like you have learned everything from the past experiences in which will surely bring you great result .

Now I may be Start playing again and thanks for the Update , I still have some small funds remaining and may add more for another experience .

BitLucy is also missing button "restore password" in case someone forgot it. When I try testing registration, I can select country, by clicking on "Sign Up" button nothing happens.

I think BitLucy should put a plug under maintenance on index page and create a proper test. Because I am visiting it from time to time and sometimes page works good, sometimes there are small problems (like login issue now). This working-no working page can scare potential players.

I was able to create an account.
Did you tried to clear your cache? Maybe that will help about the sign up issue in your part. Or maybe you can change browser if it is still persisting.

If nothing of that would resolve it, maybe try again in the next minutes or hours.
you're right, I have success login in using my old username after changing the default browser. sometimes it happens when a current browser has many time requests to the server and got lagging to connect. Clear cache and cookies are better if still want to use the default browser.

There are some pages that can't be clicked and Bitlucy's display is now a bit bigger, the icon is not pleasing to the eye, in my opinion, and I checked again, I forgot the password, it's not there, maybe it's still in the development process but I've noticed that Bitlucy often has problems with things. This is until when we feel this casino is normal as usual.

I haven't logged into Bitlucy yet but before that I did register again after the first one, now it's really scary if this has to happen again.
you have tried to clear the cache or change the browser, if the website still does not respond to you, maybe your account gets tagged as abuse or cheater by them.

It's such a big move indeed. Given the time that has been put in and the period for which the site had been put offline. You know, it kind of raises a lot of questions in the mind of gamblers as to what is happening to the site and if it could persist in the gambling industry and compete with other contenders.

I must commend the fact that, unlike many other casinos and sportsbooks that goes out of existence and be named a scame site after going through all the turmoil such as Bitlucy experienced,  you guys went behind the scene to put in work, paying withdrawals and crediting outstanding balances. It counts for some credibility of the site and its not going to be easy still as, your sure to be picked on a lot but, you must stay the course and remain genuine still.

I honestly do not think that 1xbet is related to this site. They have a completely different platform than 1xbet. What strikes me most is that there are already a lot of negative experiences posted by users here, which is a bad sign. What I also don't understand is that after 1 month they say it's a soft launch. In fact, I don't think they are at that stage yet, because there are a lot of problems on the site. Credibility will be far off for most users by now. A very bad start.

You are right with one thing; Bitlucy is not affiliated with 1xbet. Yes, they have had some problems (especially with the bonus they gave out) but it seems to me that they have handled all pending withdrawals. Credibility wise they are a lot higher than the site you are promoting as that is a proven scam with 0 credibility ...

Lol you just crucially slaughtered him there  Cheesy As far as I can tell, Bitlucy are doing their very best to keep their promises despite all the allegations thrown at them. I've never heard a real testimony of a scam with a real proof, all of the negative accusations came from newbies and those that sees the Bonuses they had as something 'they own' which obviously is never something they worked hard and invested. So far, Bitlucy's soft launch provided a new visual, which concludes how the team were really desperate to make changes and provide a quality gambling experience they promised.

I play with this website and I'll tell you this, I've won more than I lost on this website.  Cheesy

Right now we have successfully moved all deposits those were requested from the old system, we also do not have any pending withdrawals from the users.

There are many abusers still are trying to take their chances but we are always doing our home work. No one is perfect, there could be errors in our home work too but chances are not many. If you had deposit with our old system but did not receive it in the new system then please feel free to contact our support with some solid evidences like deposit transaction ID etc. We will credit your account.

Good job, this brings new news for forum users. Been watching progress for a long time and you are now answering it at the right time. Really appreciate the performance of the team working behind the scenes has paid off. Will BitLucy Casino surprise us in this forum.

It would be very honorable if this promotion was expanded soon.

If I were in the management of bitlucy, I would consider switching to an Igaming provider. Then you have everything ready and the software and platforms are 100% reliable and also extensively tested. You can now remove a few mistakes, but those mistakes will come back another time in a different form. You have just started advertising on the forum, now is the time to switch platforms.

Man as far as I know the problem is not from the provider but from users who abuse bonuses , I don't think the problem is this complicated because only by removing the bonus or update the requirements the problem is solved, we don't know what update they did so it will take longer. we'll find out tomorrow and see if there really a change of provider.

The most efficient, and probably the only update a casino can do for fraud prevention is KYC. Fraud/cheat detection through software alone is an unsolvable problem. Cheaters, the smart ones, always find a flaw in the system, then exploit it, causing the developers to patch the flaw, then cheaters find another flaw for the developers to patch again. It's the same problem in everything that involves software.

Implementing KYC is also not the most efficient way may be efficient to prevent bonus abuse but users don't like KYC
You probably know most gamblers avoid KYC if it is implemented here then Betlucy will lose to compete with casinos without KYC

But if it is applied to some suspicious users then it can be considered and must be explained in the T&C.

That doesn't make the efficiency and convenience of KYC to prevent cheating and multi-accounting any lesser. But if you believe it's not the most efficient way to handle it, then what would be the more efficient/better way? We have seen none that could replace KYC. We've had seen the same evolution happen with KYC in centralized exchanges. It's just simply easier, more cost-effective, and more efficient for any centralized service.

A multi-account occurs when it can be beneficial to attackers.  If the registration of additional accounts is not able to bring profit to attackers, then no one will register multi-accounts.

I believe that the absence of a KYC procedure is a very significant competitive advantage for online casinos.

Anonymity and confidentiality is an absolute value.

The casino may abandon the system of paying bonuses to newcomers.  Or the casino may only pay out the already accrued bonuses after the player has won or lost during the game.

And this joke of a saga continues.

After re-registering my account less than 2 weeks ago i now need to re-register again apparently. They still have $500 hostage but say they wont put it back in my account AGAIN until i go digging out transaction receipts from some date back in April.. unsurprisingly i've gambled elsewhere since then so fuck knows which transaction is the right one which they expect.

At this point ive given up any hope of ever getting my money back. Its been over 4 weeks of repeatedly recieving new excuses and them making up rules as they go along. How the hell you can clear a users database twice i do not know, do your developers not understand how to migrate data??!
