It is normal for a site to have problems. Even the most experienced sites can still run into problems. What was the main problem in the beginning is that players have not been paid out or that there were other problems with paying players. That's the most important thing about a site. I think they underestimated the project, or hired too few software testers to thoroughly test the platform first.

Yeah, I know that they are starting out new, and they are not really that much of a big name just yet, but they are getting some attention. Of course the early days will end up being a bit more harsh because they are just getting to everyone's ears, but it will get much better in the long run.

I know that some people may have faced some troubles along the way, but they are basically doing a beta test at this point and shouldn't be considered as a bad place just yet. I know that many people will want to be part of it and then when faced with obstacles they will complain, just hold it for a while and you will see how awesome it will get.

You know how people are, everybody nowadays is inpatient and things needs to happen asap. I also still give them the benefit of the doubt and we will just need to wait and see how they develop further. One thing is for sure, they got a massive amount of attention with their launch. In around 1 month, there are already 30 pages of posts; other sites need 1 or 2 year for that.

I just saw that the Bitlucy site is available again. Cool
This is exciting.
Everything is better than before, design, games, home screen and even some new games Grin
I think the Bitlucy user interface is better than ever! But many other sections still need to be developed to provide a complete platform for users. Wink

As far as I know, this online casino has now been reopened.

I like the interface of this casino - everything is simple and clear.

I would like to wish BitLusy success in its further functioning.

The site is still offline at the moment, there is only a holding page being shown for the last 2 days.

And it isnt just abusers they arent paying out, they havent been paying legitimate users for weeks either.

At this point i assume the positive commenters are just hoping to make a few bits from their signature campaign etc. Its extremely suspicious people are making these glowing comments on the UI when the site isnt even accessible at the moment.

Royse777 already announced that there will be a delay on the website launch since they are still working on it and it will be available on May 28 same date with the signature campaign. You can read the full details of the announcement on this link https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.60227286

The website is offline so definitely all players will not gonna withdraw there asset. This is understandable since they are still new so you just need to wait.

You know theres a limit to how long is reasonable to wait for a simple withdrawal right? Its been 3 weeks with different excuses from them each time. First a new withdrawal system, then manual withdrawals, then a new website, then incorreclty saying ive not completed wagering, then the website is down again. Its one issue after another with these guys, and each time they say they will be sorted soon.

They might be paying forum users for their signiture campaign, who are making up all this positivity and good news about them - but the truth is that they arent paying their legitimate players the winnings they are due.

Haven't been on their site in a while so I don't know how it is now.  I visited the BitLusy site in late April - early May.

I liked the interface of the casino, everything is intuitive.  That is, the journey through the site left a good impression.  Well-chosen games.  There is something to play.

Members of the signature compaigh on the Bitcointalk forum received full payment.  Now (as far as I know) a new compaigh is being launched.

I will be monitoring the situation with this online casino ...

Guys, stay away from this site.

Just lies and lies from them. Every two days a new lie. But one thing is for sure - no one will be paid out from them.

Aren't you the same person that accuses other gambling platforms without even providing enough evidences such as deposits or withdrawals and just posts support chats that is only focused on their chat and not their whole transcript?
It's funny how they become the cause of the issue and be the first users to throw stones. Users who never got to make any deposit but had to abuse the sites bonus system and hope to make withdrawals haven't placed bets on them. All business are profit oriented and I don't see how they expect to be paid given that fact. The situation is, once they exhaust there bonus offer on one account, they move to the next and continue to open multiple accounts until they come up with a win eventually from bonus offers. It's certainly not for the best.

Am just glad that, they did expose some loopholes in the system to the site developers and as we've observed lately, Royse777 and the BitLucy team aren't relenting in fixing the bugs on the site. We are sure to have an optimum working site soon, more options and a better functionality to it.
Stay enthusiast still and your patience for best offers on BitLucy will pay off.

Yes, in my opinion, payments to dishonest users should not be made.

Abusing the bonus system of an online casino site is a serious violation.  If such actions are carried out systematically, they can lead to the bankruptcy of any casino...  Therefore, BitLusy was forced to take such measures.

Aren't you the same person that accuses other gambling platforms without even providing enough evidences such as deposits or withdrawals and just posts support chats that is only focused on their chat and not their whole transcript? With regards to bitlucy, Royse is a reputable user in this forum which also is partnered with the gambling platform. I don't think his transparency with their partnership and progresses for each and every little steps they make are just something that would end on a scam. If that's a scam, they would never have any problems nor resolve any of it but rather be the perfect one that everyone will get attracted then leave right in the peak of their popularity. Also, with royse's recent posts, people kept accusing them because they want free money as most of those accusers haven't had any chance to withdraw their wins from literally free money, are you one of them??? You also mentioned that no one are paid out, can you provide evidences?

Seeing recently users who do make out accusations on known and new gambling sites in related about withdrawal issues and other things which they dont even able to post up some solid evidences.

Bitlucy might had able to suffer some problems or issues earlier but it had been sorted out or been resolved and now these people do keeps complaining in regarding with that withdrawal
which clearly states that it wont really be released specially for those who are included on such abuse which i would say a rightful decision or typical to be done by any
business owner.

I dont know this guys situation im particular but the problem is they arent processing any medium/large withdrawals at all. They havent been honest or transparent because they keep asking users to do something - but when we do it and they change the goalposts a day or two later and reject everything. This has been going on for weeks now.

And no i havent been abusing/cheating anything - i havent even placed a sports bet or used a bonus, I just played the casino with my own deposit so it would be impossible. Chat support are always friendly and keep offering bonuses for me to deposit more which stinks of cheek when they cant even process me a withdrawal.

Every time there is an issue, Royse and the platform has, so far, did their best to be transparent as possible to what the issue/s is/are. The community is also always updated with what's happening and what other updates to expect, so if they are perpetrating a scam, they are trying so hard to make their site as legit as possible, that it's easier to keep it that way than to prepare for an exit scam.

Next time you spew the words 'stay away from this site,' please help us understand why by giving us some solid explanation, alongside proofs and whatnot for us to believe you.

He's one of the users waiting for a pending withdrawal since 2 weeks ago but not sure if this user can be trusted
Cause he got some problems on 4 sites all casinos refuse this user bets and withdrawals for some reason , is it just a coincidence?
BitLucy should pay attention to this kind of users they can find out the results of the matches and aim for new sites.

I see you are from the Philippines as well, if you are new to crypto and crypto gambling, please refrain from accusing too much. Our country's reputation here already had been tarnished by some, please don't add a gasoline to a burning house.

i think considering this to give bounty to the Bug hunter will prevent this cases from happening in the future.
Bug bounty is a good idea because Bitlucy can spot flaws that their team may not have found yet.
I also support this as I have seen this couple of times before and those casino that conducted this? are now having no big issue to their site meaning this helps a lot for their business future.

hope that Bitlucy will consider this also as they are continuing to experience problems along the way.

If they are confident on their security might not be on their concern list, but if many gamblers see some bugs exist on their platform might as well if they open up a campaign like this because the feedback of the people who participated on the campaign will really help them to strengthen more there security and make their other features smooth by the help those guys. For sure this is the best platform to do this because there are so many bounty hunters willing to discover something issue needed to fix especially if there's bounty given to them.
Agree on this, There's so many active user here on gambling section that can help to spot bug on there site but I think the error they encountered recently is to there website code and good thing they notice it early before someone potentially abuse it same on what happened before on there first maintenance. They are hiring a good devs right now so maybe they want a person to fully commit on overseeing the security of the website 24/7.

This is a good initiative of Bitlucy to guarantee that there business will run for long term.

They are very passionate about fixing any issues that still exist on their platform, and if they hire a competent team then things will get better. Even though it's back in under construction mode, it should be better when they get back online at 26th as according to the announcement
Will this affect their signature campaign start schedule?

Why signature campaign schedule is your concern while you are not a participant there.
It's not only me who is not a participant in the bitlucy campaign but also other members because there has been no announcement about the participants who have been accepted in this latest period.

I've been trying to get my money out for the best part of 3 weeks now and each and every time there is some new excuse.
I deposited $500 when they first opened, which came with a $500 bonus as well, but i ended up being busy so didnt manage to play for a couple of weeks. By the time i got back on they had taken the first deposit bonus out of my account anyway, for some unknown reason. So i just played with my deposited $500 and never used any bonuses etc

  • I managed to get my balance to around $1000 and attempted a withdrawal. It was cancelled after a couple of days, so i ask support and they said 'We changed the withdrawal system so you need to submit it again'.
  • I submit the withdrawal again and a further 2 days later it appears back in the account. I speak to support and they say 'We cancelled it because we are doing them manually now so submit it again'.
  • I submit the withdrawal request again and then within a day or two the whole site goes down and they reset all the accounts.
  • I re-register and they restore my balance, i play a little and submit ANOTHER withdrawal request. They cancel it saying no you need to wager the $1000 1.5 times (But my deposit was $500... and i already wagered it on the site before they reset everything).
  • I re-wager the damn $1000 AGAIN, despite it making absolutely no sense, losing half of it.
  • I submit another withdrawal request for around $500. Wait a day and theres still no money showing up. I ask live support how long it will take and they say "withdrawls take around 24hours at the moment".
  • Now its been another 2 days and the site is offline again, no doubt they will reset the withdrawal.

On top of this the live support are just trying to get users to add them on telegram and get their bitcoin talk id's etc to offer them bonuses (i assume
so they shill for them on here). I'm not going to shill for someone who after 6 attempts at withdrawing my money and 3 weeks of trying has declined it everytime because they cannot get their business in order. I also dont want to be hassled by casino reps etc over the phone/telegram etc, i just want to
sign up/play/withdraw, without the hassle.
