I think everybody needs just to be a bit patient. There are probably also a lot of legit users that are waiting on their withdrawal but I think Bitlucy didn't expect that their userbase would explode so much in such a short amount of time. Lets give them time to sort out of things.
Maybe have different opinion if you there and withdrawing have take 14 days still not process yet, I don't see have any casino gambling platform take two weeks for withdrawing process, actually maximum withdraw process just one day. Several gambling platform process withdrawing without few minutes and I think have trouble with Bitlucy, maybe if they have official Bitlucy account here better to respond why withdrawing get trouble and many member not get their money.

But don't they have another account that also answered some complaints that happened recently, and as far as I know Royse777 is not only the campaign manager but also part of the team.
It seems that multiple accounts that violate their bonuses are making the team so busy solving problems, maybe KYC can reducing multi accounts although I'm sure a lot of regular players don't like KYC.

I don't know but, I feel most of us the camapign participants as well as customers who tested the site and found it fair owe it to the public to know that, the recent scandal with the platform was basically as a result of the abuse from users on its bonus promotional offers.

I mean, why do they get to do ghat and still go ahead to make a lot of noise about it! It's crippling to a just growing site to be paying out money on its bonuses even before it gets to receive any deposit or generate funds out of patronage. This shouldn't be the case anywhere as it doesn't help the system. I guess bitlucy.com will have to and is looking into that and other sites should take correction as well.

Just to note, I got my campaign promises/payment and I'm sure it's same with other participants. Same thing too would apply to customers that registers and games within the T&C. It might have taken a few 2-3 days but, it came anyway and it was in the wallet far before the site was marked the transaction as successful. Evidence of an imperfect and growing system so, let's be guided and help the system grow to become sustainable.

Actually, this doesn't surprise me at all. All it takes is one or few users go spread the news about a new casino giving no-deposit bonus on telegram channels or discord groups and boom.. thousands of new users will try to join the party. Obviously BitLucy team weren't expecting this and, imo, what made things more complicated is that those channels or groups are local communities. So what the admins see on the back end is a big number of new users registering at almost the same time and having similar IPs.
That is indeed a sad situation and if care is not taken the casino may find it hard to recover from this, abusers are just looking for mistakes to exploit and once their see a window for that to happen the go about informing armies of their fellow cheaters to reck havoc on the platform.

Any ways lesson are learned now and I believe going forward bitLucy will not make such mistakes ever again.

As a business then trying to get rid of abusers might take time and able to fix things up specially that they had made out lots of withdrawal request which simply means that they had
indeed money or funds to run up this business but on an unfortunate event where it had been abused and no one do really expect that one or simply an accident or mishap
that it did really cost them big, if they dont have any plans on keep going further they would simply announce it on the public or community.

How can you verify that he didn't use the bonus? She didn't provide proof except for his conversation to the support about withdrawal hold. Besides Bitlucy announce this before they will temporary disable automatic withdrawal due to the recent abuse. The support just tell him to wait so how come it can be consider as scam? He should open separate thread and include proof that he didn't use any bonus on his winnings besides his conversation with the support.

He can use support word to verify that really didn't use bonus on his account.

I didn't take any bonus or anything. Classic fraudsters, take deposits, and will never pay withdrawals, even to us who have not used any bonuses. I think the real problem is that they are not liquid at all, that story about promotions and abusing is just an excuse for me.
