I believe one of the solutions as a protection mechanism against welcome bonuses, or any kind of deposit bonuses is, you don't want to hear it, but it's a solution. It's KYC. Offer generous bonuses for players, especially instant bonuses without KYC or another form of protection mechanism from cheating, then it's expected that there will always be users who will multi-account in the site until all the budget for the bonuses are drained.
Good way for passing KYC protect from cheater and bonuses abuse but I don't think all agree with KYC, not all gambler want to KYC and give document ID to gambling platform actually they want identity publish.
Maybe have to stop with bonuses for new sign up member for protecting cheater, why have looking hard way for passing KYC with Bitlucy, but waiting with update have informed by OP and hope everything well and all member can get back withdrawing money.

I think everybody needs just to be a bit patient. There are probably also a lot of legit users that are waiting on their withdrawal but I think Bitlucy didn't expect that their userbase would explode so much in such a short amount of time. Lets give them time to sort out of things.
Maybe have different opinion if you there and withdrawing have take 14 days still not process yet, I don't see have any casino gambling platform take two weeks for withdrawing process, actually maximum withdraw process just one day. I've just read that some newbies accuses them of being a scam despite the news and announcement provided by the team. They had been abused and these allegations shows and proves that Bitlucy's team is saying the right thing about what are the reasons the issues happened.

If you do still have balance before this update then it is really just right that they would really be not holding off those funds unless if theres nothing that they could see or any issues
and it is really just right thing to be done by the team.

If they would be making a complete overhaul then presuming that everything would be changed but honestly i do really like the current design and color theme.
It is really just there's some problem about their bonus or promotion system and once that would be resolved then it would be indeed a good potential gambling site.

No blame what happen with Bitlucy depend team respond because many cheater and multiple account abuse bonuses reward, but I don't see it happening and effect for withdrawing delay by several member. Yeah, I see the recent setback for BitLucy as just a temporary set back and the site is going to make it out stronger and better quite a good number of users who have tried out have confessed positive vibes from the site and have confessed how professional the site is and we will love to see that positive spirit on to build a good reputation both in this forum and the entire gambling communities. I believe the abuse of the bonuses system by cheaters is the only major issue recorded in the start-up of the site and am hoping the team is working on a way to fix that issue.
These problems could be easily fixed via enhancing more in security or making things in order so that it would be avoided on next time and yes they do have good impressions

Exactly, it wouldn't also make sense to just start a new casino, put some money in it (+ advertise it massively) and than start to scam just after they launch it... I am pretty sure that Royse also wouldn't put his reputation on the line if he had any doubts about Bitlucy.
