I don't think this is quite true. Why do you say all newbies are scammers? It seems very likely that you are defending Bitlucy site, as many people are doing with baseless arguments. Bitlucy has already had several situations where they don't pay players and come up with excuses that the payout system wouldn't work. It's starting to get a little unbelievable. There are also more things that are not right about the site. Royse777 posted the announcement, but bitlucy also has an account on the forum. There are strange things going on about this site. It would be like spilling dirt on your own face. But I'm not going to throw it because when it comes to payouts, then I personally don't participate in this casino campaign. I don't see this site as a scam because I don't see any negative feedback about them and also they have recently paid their signature campaign participants and all of them seem to have no issues in withdrawals etc.
Anyways, I was just curious to know

thanks pal for answering. yes they also in live chat before opening account asked me to hire, and also they will give amazon gifts like tv etc i found it very strange for scamming issues thats why my deposit was the lowest. in live chat and i have all the printscreens they also told me the withdrawals are instant!!!!!!!!!! i am still waiting the withdrawal of my own deposit, 7 days they cant even send me my deposit i really cant understand how people still trust them in this forum and say good words about them.

They do have withdrawal problem, but not yet can be said as scam.I feel it's ironic when someone judging a casino had some complaints call it as scam while he promoting well known scam casino and close his eyes regarding a bunch complaints about his casino he promote. @Royse777 work as manager, while @bitlucy work as casino's team, however if they both want to create multiple accounts, it's allowed.

It's no surprise to me that this sort of behaviour is always the case when it comes to giving out bonuses on registered accounts or on deposits. Gamblers will always find a way to over leverage it and make the most of the bonuses. On of the cases present in this same thread on the difficulty in the withdrawal system, yiu can imagine a user after making all the trouble, still goes ahead to point to the later that, he or she doesn't mind much oabout the unpaid $100+, after all, it was a money won out of staking with them bonus balance. I very much don't appreciate it when wins aren't honoured and I suppose that should be a case that should be addressedproperly but still, I hate it as well when users abuse the system that is used to stir up some betting. There's nothing wrong with that in itself, in the sense that it's not against the forum rules. But this is the very first time anyone has done such a thing. I think Royse777 also has a lot of stake in this project if he wants to make it happen, otherwise you wouldn't make posts like this. It's really weird how it works this way. There have also been a few complaints about payouts, but no one seems to be commenting on them while other sites are being attacked at the same time.

How it is effective? I think when abusers will get promo code via pm then they will abuse the code once again. But if you give unique promo code er user which is time sensitive and it is too much difficult. In this case there is hardly chance it will be effective. Anyway, what is the result of this system. i have won over 1000 euro in sports bets, but when i tried to withdraw an amount
just to check them, they told me that i bet on foul play, fixed matches etc etc cancelled
all my bets and decided to just return the deposit. this is a pattern strategy from bookmakers
that dont want to pay and generally can't be trusted. i have been trying to withdraw my own deposit
money 7 days now without success (a very very small amount of money if you wonder),
no withdrawal is processed, problems with their system as they say.
whoever needs details pm me. yesterday i received an email from management that the money are on the way.
if they arrive i will inform you. still nothing. whoever won a relatively big amount of money test them by simply withdrawing.
If things change i will post it here. even if i get the deposit back they stole my winning money. the case seems a lot like

Sorry pal chances to get anything from them pretty small, that site screwed up dude they wanted to hire lol. Obviously they will find an excuse not to pay out winnings. kudos to snippet host for not deleting that funny chat.

Why would we take you serious as you willingly promote a scam? I don't really see an issue in the fact that also Bitlucy opened an account on this forum (this is something we have seen for a some other casinos alsos). Until now, from everything I have read, almost all the accusations have been countered with valid arguments by the Bitlucy team.

Some users suggested to allow bonus for certain rank of users. keeping it in mind, we have decided to allow bitcointalk bonus only to the accounts which is at least one month old. So, no fresh account anymore.
I think that's a good decision. Limiting bonuses to just Jr. Member and higher ranks would not be a bad move either. That would probably stop most cheaters.
PS: Rest assure, I would like to say that there are no intention in the team not to pay the users, every single legit win is getting paid, every single legit withdrawals are getting settled - it's just taking extra time from us. It turns out that there is indeed something wrong with the payout of the system. The site may not feel like paying players, but it could also be a technical issue. Anyway, something isn't working. What I just don't understand: when you promote a new site, you make sure that all functionalities have been tested, right? You need to click "use bonus money" when you want to place the bet, because I face a same problem when I didn't click the "use bonus money". Don't forget the requirement of the free bet are the odds must be above 1.50x and wagering 10x ($100.54). I have wagering $47 until now, let's see if I can reach the minimum requirement
