Turns out that there is a drop ship company in Newcastle DE that buyers out of the country send to.
At that point the item can be shipped all over the world.
Then the buyer will ask for a return or more items than were actually purchased.
So be careful with buyers with a Newcastle DE shipping address.
eBay knows about this scam and location.
good info. if the buyer asks for a return they have to pay out the ass for shipping back to you. ebay wont refund them without them sending it back. also overseas orders usually take a while to go through customs on the us side and on their end but the tracking info you have will provide everything ebay requires which is that is was delivered on xx date at the DE location. if it takes another 2-3 weeks to arrive overseas you can tell ebay it tooks them xx weeks to tell you there was an issue and dispute the return. its best to speak with a rep on the phone so you can explain it to them directly instead of trying to settle the dispute through the online dispute section because humans dont check the dispute usually....their automated system accepts just about all return requests even if you know the return is phony.
