Still nothing here. I paid from 2 separate wallets and part of the payment from one of them has been forwarded to another address. I've never had this type of situation before with a bitmain order. Not comfortable.

I see new firmware on the site but not sure what the actual differences are: Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz

Seems like the list of fixes/changes is the same as what it was for the August 2017 firmware. Does it make sense to upgrade a couple S9's that have been running for a few weeks on the August 2017 firmware to this new one or leave as is?

I am right there with you. I have gone through this in the past with them though... but never with BitCoin Cash. So I will be freaking out while I wait for order confirmation too. I bought 4... which wipes me out (I am a small time guy trying to catch up.) I've got 2 units... so I hope that with 6 mining away I can create enough of a nest egg that in 7 years life will be much easier.

No, you don't need to open ticket, you need just wait, give a little bit of time(24h more less). Go out, go to sleep, play some games, and after certain amount of time you will get the mail, and status of your order will be changed.

Feel better this happened to others too. Its quite frustrating rush to pay within 5min, see 5 confirmations before 1 hour and still see the expired status. So according to everyone is wait one day? Is there a particular type of ticket I should open?

Yeah mine is the same from first batch today, but this has happened before. Sometimes they confirm orders quickly, once it took about 24 hours or so. Probably they need to manually check them now for some reason and there is most likely quite a few to check Grin

You are probably right about pics.

About the page, i doubt its too long because i chose BCH and pressed submit in 10 seconds total.
There is a short countdown though, before anything happens, but no submit button anywhere, pic related

I chose BCH as payment method (what else, doh), pressed Submit but literally nothing happened and Submit button is now greyed out. Am i supposed to pay before pressing submit?
