Don't worry guys, they will fix it later even if it says Expired now. Usually within few hours. If it takes more than few days then I would get in touch with them.

Interesting that they had a limit of 20 pcs / customer for this batch.
previous batch was with same limits, but it was hell. I fucking overslept this batch and only now understood that there's a telegram bot for notifications! Damn!

Haha I feel you bro, it is a PITA to buy this stuff for various reasons. Luckily you'll have another chance coming, check Bitmain twitter: https://twitter.com/BITMAINtech/status/948470779351482368. They are selling more units from the same batch later today.

Good luck!  Cheesy

Is it normal for an order to show as unpaid and expired when the BCH transaction paying for it has 9+ confirms? Is this something that they'll update later?

EDIT - Seems like others are having this same problem.  Undecided
I've had that issue couple times with BCH
just open a ticket to be sure and input the transaction link in it too.

EDIT - Seems like others are having this same problem.  Undecided I'd like to open a ticket but the only option seems to be a repair ticket which specifies all sorts of repair specific information - is that what people are doing?

BITMAIN
once or max twice a year you fuck up so badly that despite being top on the market you make customer think twice before entering your web page!
My December order magically moved itself to January?! WTF?! You could fucking mail me that you are unable to ship out in given time due to high demand and etc. and are moving my order ship out for 3 weeks?! I mean that will be still the problem, but at least I knew it from you.
My repair ticket is at waiting list for more than a month, I opened support ticket twice and you said that you got the package but than nothing happened. I also opened a ticket regarding the webpage having an issue processing repair ticket information, on this ticket you answered too and told that it will be fixed soon, but we see no changes after a month.
Also why the hell you aren't tweeting or facebooking any more new order batches?
I'm buying those damn machines since S1 came out and this is how you treat old customers? I don't want to imagine people dealing with you for the first time. Yes Yoshi told me in Kiev that they have shortage of people but wtf guys? multi million company having a shortage of employees? Is this a greed or just stupidity?

Just bought 2 more however, I again having trouble with the order being "paid". I sent the Bcash well within the hour time frame (35 mins) and it still went to unpaid and expired. I contacted support. Anyone else having this trouble today?

Once the payment goes through it will change to “paid” even though the time has expired

Yes I have had this happen before but this time it seems different. It has not changed to paid even after 7 confirmations. Also yes I have double and triple checked the addresses.

I am in the same boat, opened a ticket.

I paid in full, had several confirms within 30 minutes of the order's being placed (now >10 confirms), but no PAID email, and the order now shows expired. Same as you, I checked and re-checked and re-re-checked the address and that I hadn't done something REALLY dumb like send BTC. All was correct on my side.

ETA, in the ticket I sent them blockchain explorer link to the payment address showing full amt received. I feel like that address used to be included in the order email, but it isn't any more.

I'm having a somewhat similar to above but a bit different problem.
So made an order of a few S9's. Then sent part of the BCC amount from coinbase account. Then, while i was exchanging the rest to BCC in my other wallet, the order expired (they seem to have changed it from one hour to 30 min).
So now i have almost $2k stuck in a forever expired order.
Has this happened to anyone??? Plz advise. Huh
Opened a ticket, but looking for advise/similar issues from others..

If you contact support ASAP you might be able to pay the difference right now. I would wait to hear what they say, rather then keep paying.

30 minuets to pay for an order is impossible sometimes. I paid for mine in the first block after I placed the order and it was at 30 minutes.
It's still 1 hour. There is 30 mins on a screen to actually choose the payment method (only option is bitcoin cash), I stalled it there for a few minutes while I prepared the transaction. Then I pressed "next" or something and it actually put the order through and the 1 hour counter started (and the bitcoin cash amount changed).

just pay it in full it will go through.

No, the problem is once it expires, there's no option to pay it.
I mean they got that $2k, hope they'll refund it back or apply to another order, either one would work for me.

Same here. Last time it went to "paid" but "expired" as soon as there were a few confirmations. Then after a day or two they fixed the "expired" to "valid". This time it seems they did not receive the payment at all. I don't want to get paranoid, but they also didn't announce this on twitter. I think we'll have to wait and see.

As scary as it sounds I am glad I have at-least someone in the same situation. This tells me it seems like a their problem not an us problem. For what it is worth I have never had a problem that Bitmain support could not fix yet. They may not always get it right the first time buy they have always fixed it for me. I also tried calling their support number in China, their phone told me to make a support ticket. I'll just Hodl out.

Swing and a miss first time for support. Opening a new ticket. I got some generic reply that did not work. Getting a little uneasy now.

March 1-10 batch released. $2320. Less than the Feb batch of $2725 from a few weeks ago! They really have some nerve
Thanks for sharing. Added it to the cart, ready to order... And now I have some decision paralysis. With the current difficulty growth... I'm not sure when/if this guy will pay for itself.
Well, trigger happy me ended up ordering. BTW, Bitmain math:

Product Amount: 0.90339005   BCH
Shipping Cost:    0.05450580   BCH
Total Amount:     1.00330024   BCH

Really?
I would be safe to say that is all these bitmain miners are good for doing right now.
Is to be mining BCH with.

Wouldn't you agree? Grin

Edit: I just received the payment confirmation. Into the familiar "Paid" but "Expired" state that hopefully gets fixed soon as last time did.
