Great Chart Gallery of Bitmark on BitScreener: https://bitscreener.com/coins/bitmark/chart_gallery

Nice find

- Hey Guys....I'm notorious for not updating BitcoinTalk, for that I do apologize.

As DBKeys mentioned, we are here, working diligently on developments for both Marking (Melvin's SOLID framework, passport, etc) & (Hark fork...very-much forward thinking solution being developed By DBKeys and a few other integral parts of our Dev Team.

As far as I understand no deposits or withdrawals from Poloniex are possible for anyone at the moment.  This is indeed frustrating, and we should keep on bugging Poloniex to fix this.

Poloniex states:
"   BTM is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BTM team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling."

There has not been any wallet/network issues for a long time now.  There was a bout of "selfish mining" by some powerful Scrypt mining syndicate where blocks were getting orphaned constantly. But, this not the case any longer and hasn't been happening for many months already, so there really is no reason for deposits and withdrawals to be disabled.

What about the data shown on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btm/#!overview
It states that the block generation is quite unsteady. Is this data correct? (I didn't check the blockchain)

Let's make a short list of Exchanges and pool our resources to get it listed on one or two more.

 I have heard these mentioned:

Where are you?

What are you going to do with BTM?

Are you going to let BMT die?

We're an open-source project, as are most (if not all) cryptocurrencies.  Our lead dev in the higher level marking functions is Melvin Carvalho.

My group has been focusing on the next-generation chain dynamics for the coin. It's going to have all the features detailed here: https://github.com/project-bitmark/bitmark/wiki/Hard_Fork_Criteria and here https://github.com/project-bitmark/bitmark/wiki/Bitmark---Blockchain-----Hard-Fork

This upgrade will be ready for rollout early next year, so no worries, we are keeping BTM very much alive.
As an open-source project, we welcome input and volunteers, so please have a read at the links provided and share your thoughts.

Really glad to see someone is still working on BTMs. Thank you dbkeys and team. Keep up the hard work, we'll be watching Wink

Nova exchange have deposits off, we cannot trade bitmark anymore. We have coins that we cannot trade. On poloniex BTM have his own price 5 times more then on Novaexchange. But trade is allowed only for the few that have the key to trasfer coin on Poloniex, guys!

In any case, are working on a fork to _ensure_ that the selfish mining does not happen again, which we aim to have ready to deploy by New Year.

Bitmark developers, there are a lot of exchangers around us. For example cryptopia, yobit, c-cex, its not a big problem for Bitmark team to add the coin to the small exchange. I can't understand that is the problem here.

What exchanges would you recommend  ? I am interested in opinions and as to why one exchange is better than another.

Remember, we are mostly all volunteers, who are interested in the Marking applications of blockchain technology.   Our pace might seem slower than the dozens (maybe hundreds?) of pump-n-dump flash-in-the-pan coins, but this is a solid, honest coin that was never ICO'd, pre-mined, or anything like that. It has had a fair mining distribution from the start.

Anyone is free to add it to an exchange.  Open source means people pitch in and get it done.

Let's make a short list of Exchanges and pool our resources to get it listed on one or two more.

As I don't see this coin going anywhere, at least in mid term. I did sold all my Bitmarks.

Dev team looks very slow and they don't care about share holders.
It's possible to trade it only in one place and not properly, Poloniex has the wallet block (Novaexchages volume is ridicule and it's closing down).
The mac wallet does not work, for more than 2 months. The team does nothing about it.
I don't see any improvements since september (since I follow it).
It does need a lot of work and a team that cares just not to died.

I just can recommend to all of you, to go away from this coin before you get burn.

Good look to all.

Bitmark as an open source project, I hope you can share more good ideas with the project, and develop together with the project. The price of the coin will come up. That will be a wonderful thing. Cool
