I just want to know why xbs is the dearest crypto currency for moving coins, bring WU into the equation is just silly its not crypto

You have the answer, my longest friend.

xbs is the dearest crypto currency for moving funds because it remove western union from the equation.

Other coins are just silly because they are just for speculation.

Bitstake can you direct me to information about how bitstake.info works?

I sent my XBS there about a week ago but haven't received any staking payments. Now perhaps I've misunderstood how it works but I simply can't find anything that specifically describes it. When I first registered I clicked on Multi-Stake Platform and Deposit BitStake to have this presented to me:

My first thought was "Okay, this must be like a term deposit and my XBS will be unavailable for the term shown on each link" and that I didn't want to have my XBS tied up and unavailable. So instead, somehow (and I can't remember how exactly) I created a receive address not related to these Multi-Stake ones and successfully sent my XBS to it. Nothing's happened though and I haven't received any staking payments. So, wanting to stake my XBS but not have it unavailable for a fixed period, today I've instead downloaded the Windows wallet and have that successfully running (after creating a .conf file with an addnode list from this past posting as it just wouldn't find any nodes and connect https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10560248).

Now upon going back to bitstake.info to withdraw my XBS and send it to my Windows wallet it's saying there's a flat 1% transaction fee! Please tell me you're kidding?!  I've had my XBS on bitstake.info for some days, have received no staking payment and now I'm to be charged about 4 times what most exchanges charge for a buy/sell transaction just to withdraw my XBS!!!???

I'd really like to see some documentation or a guide on bitstake.info so I know what I'm getting into with it prior to using it and I'd like to be able to withdraw my XBS for a more normal transaction fee like 0.001 as per what most exchanges or online wallets charge for simple movement of coins from one address to another.

Can you please comment Bitstake and help me get my XBS off bitstake.info without such an excessive fee?

When I staked mine it locked the amount and also calculated the interest. The transaction fee seems very high since they are only paying 5% to hold the XBS. It makes no sense what so ever

Here is my screen shot on one of my accounts

Yes I was charged about 4 xbs to move some, hope its not the same from the 7 day 14 day etc or I lost more than I earned.Someone wants to sort out the windows wallet so it just works when you download it.Often find when the wallet dont work it a reason to force us on to the platform

LOL.. look at people complaining about 1% while western union charged 6-12%.

This is an interesting use case, we had it easy in the western world that we often ignore the pain other developing counties went though daily.

Remember bitpesa charged 3%!

Daniel is the one that will write the bitstake article. I believe he's just waiting for a chat with the Bitstake's Project Manager before he start writing.

Ok, new here. So is it better to have coins in your wallet or on ">https://bitstake.info/wallet/dash?Huh Thanks and buying as much as I can.

have some on the platform so you could test it out, around 200 would be good, it up to you, i do have part of my on the platform staking along with 10k blackcoins.

Ive locked up 2000 XBS on the platform until May 4th and it will receive 4 XBS interest. I have the rest(3000) in my Wallet staking. My question is which is the better use of the XBS?  Huh

Welchy, i don't know the answer to your question, but since all of this is in it's infancy, please do us a favor and post about your staking results.

I would assume the best way to find out would be to send an equal amount to each wallet and then see which stakes more in a given period of time.

Fun times huh. A few weeks ago the price was 20k, a few days ago the price was 60k, now the price seems to have stabilized around 100k.

That's what i call progress. Good coin have it. For holders, don't get too fussed with the price... take it slow. This is a long term investment.
