Like I said, Askgamblers is siding with Bitstarz.
These gamblers do not know that Curaçao does not have a regulatory body for online games of chance! Grin

This is interesting because I have been playing here for a few years now too and haven't had an issue although I have never attemtped to withdraw that amount of money. What I can say is there are a couple things you can do.

First go to askgamblers website and open a proper complaint against Bitstarz. They have a really good success rate with getting issues resolved similar to yours. AG will act as a middle man and you can present your case with the proof and Bitstarz will have a certain amount of time to respond.

If that doesn't work although it usually does, the casino is licensed so you can contact the commission and file a complaint with them as well.

I have submitted the complaint, hopefully we will get an answer, if not because they seem to be supporting bitstarz alot, and not accepting any negative feedback against the scam casino which is off.

Are you sure you submitted the complaint properly because I didn't see it on the website. The last complaint that shows up is from july. I also noticed out of a total of 16 complaints filed against them only four (4) went unresolved.

I don't know wherever the OP's claim to have been scammed is legit or not , but judging from the history of Bitstarz and their reputation
it as well might be , check their trust rating here:

a fast search on this forum only comes up with at least 5-6 topics , only this would have discouraged me from depositing there

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/dont-deposit-on-bitstarz-scam-3109915
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitstarzcom-scam-2800-stolen-on-bitcoin-casino-2449268

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/avoid-bitstarzcom-clearly-broke-and-cant-pay-players-1802917

here is their askgamblers https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/bitstarz-casino-review/complaints
with a heap of unresolved issues , etc. etc.
hope OP manages to get his money back , but given the history of such cases I highly doubt he would
at least gamblers will get an additional warning to help avoid incidents like this in the fututre

It is legit indeed, the way they talk to me via chat is unprofessional from then I knew something was not right. I asked them if I can get my original deposit twice and they straight up said "No" & "Nope"

I don't understand how it's possible for a casino to spread casino games and then not pay out. It doesn't even make sense to me. If there are shenanigans involving a sportsbook or skill based games I can at least understand reasons as to why many issues can occur. But casino games? Really confuses me unless it's just a cut and dry pure scam. I'd like to hear the rationale behind this if Bitstarz is willing to say something. Bitstarzisascam, can you possibly chime into why they are not paying out? Surely they said something?

Like I said, they were trying to find any excuse to not pay out the balance and ban me out of the site, they are going way broke which is a good thing and I hope that site vanishes off the internet because people like them needs to be gone off the earth for stealing people money like that and not coming forward in first place.

With all the fake names they using like it's very poor scam.

I guess they got a high roller like you that played on their site and grab the opportunity to get your funds. Seems that they are not yet going to disappear anytime soon. If you check their website, they have big prize as giveaway and big bonuses. Attracting new gullible players who don't have time to search the site before jumping in.
With a lot of awards that they boasting on their site, I don't think they will be leaving the opportunity of cheating more players.

Do you believe that? I can create the same website as theirs and grab Forbes & amazon logo and put some random golden awards logo on the website to grab people's trust.

Fortunately they are going bankrupt anytime soon.

Ive played at bitstarz for almost 4 years now and never had any problems. Hope it gets resolved if this is even real.

Yeah playing with 0.000001 btc and free spins huh? I get it.
no, with 0.1 - 0.5 btc at a time

How about providing us some proofs about your statistic or transaction at Bitstarz? The one like what is provided by OP about his deposit and withdrawal history, probably it can assure him what you say is real. I have no problems at Bitstarz as I have left this site since they asked me for KYC verification when I won some money from the free spin promo long time ago. I did not do the KYC as it does not worth the amount I won from the promotion.

if you insist.

I do not believe you at all, I believe that you are paid to post here or you one of them pretending to be a customer.

If you google "best Bitcoin casinos" bitstarz appears as number one, they have alot of fake positive reviews on askgamblers too and other reviews websites, they are based in Malaysia, so what I'm gona do is first contact the malaysian authorities I'm 100% sure they will help me out and dig if these scumbags are really in Malaysia.
Wait a second, first you claim they are based in Malaysia and in the same sentence you say that you need the help of Malaysian authorities to dig out if these scumbags are really there? Cheesy

I have a small tip for you, the bitstarz scam claims to operate under the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ

Damn. Bitstarz was never a popular site to begin with and majority of the investors are aware of their fraudulent activities which is why you should have done your research before investing such a big amount there op.

I doubt the court will be able to help you in this matter since the people behind majority of these crypto casinos are very tough to physically locate. Hopefully, others can heed your warning before depositing there.

Probably they are selectively stealing clients money and did not allow to withdraw. We can consider this as a shady activity on their site and have dozen of allegations from their previous customer. Much better to stay away on this site and avoid one of their next victims. I can be compared this to Hitbtc exchange. While I'm not encountered serious problems but other traders have.

Anyway, sorry for your loss OP. I hope they will resolved your complaint for the sake of their own reputation and probably some of their costumers will leave once they know your complaint. Hopefully, your winning money will retrieve.

Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013
damn why do casinos always do that holding someone's money anyway, according to yoshie's reply this isn't the first time bitstarz casino withholding the winnings of their clients but all of their issues were solved after they posted here i guess wait for their support reply here on your thread to resolve your issue and give your bitcoins back although they are not supposed to withhold the funds or winnings of their clients in any way. otherwise if the user cheats on casino which the most casinos alibi to not give the client's money even the user just basically played the site...
Actually, It's there way of earning more money rather than depending on the profit they'll gain on gamblers who lose in playing their games. It's a scheme where they can take the client's money without making their casino's reputation like your balance is hold due to violating a rules in our casino. Anyway, not that i'm accusing the said gambling site but it's how I see the way they handle their clients.
