UPDATE: Finally I was able to restore and activate my account. My issue was that the account was accidentally disabled by myself. No hacking etc.. issue. I open a ticket on 09/03. There are no reply even after 48 hrs. I tried www.slack.bittrex.com many times but it is very confusing and there lots going on in the web page (see my earlier message).  I tried putting my ticket number there but no one listened. It seems there are several channels such as general, random, customer-support. I tried all, but no luck. Finally I tried to study how bloody thing works carefully.  And observed the following:  

There is a particular channel called "#customer-support". You first have to make sure you get an entry in there. For the first 2 days, whenever I was trying to log into this channel, they would kick me out automatically. Finally yesterday I was able to get in. Now, You have to present you ticket in a particular format only. For example: #123456 if you write anything more than this it will probably be ignored. Next step is wait and watch.  I was lucky to get response withing 5 mins by a customer service agent called bittrex-randy. most people were getting response withing 5 to 10 mins.

Now, I have taken out most coins out of bittrex since I do not trust them anymore. For all who are still stuck follow the above trick and hopefully you will get some results.

NOTE: There is no customer service number. If you google it you get some 800 numbers they are all fake and they will try to get your personal info.

You should probably try verifying your account by entering your identification information. Then you have to wait 24 hours or more.

What do you mean by "verifying your account"? I check the settings section my basic, phone and enhanced verification are already done. I thought you just have to open a service ticket, which I already opened on Monday (09/04), but no reply from Bittrexx team on it yet. I go to the slack website everyday to try my luck but that is just a joke.

I just waited a few days and they sent an e-mail apologizing for the delay to enable my account stating that they are very busy due to the unprecedented growth or something like that.

I guess I have to wait until they fix the issue.... I will update when it is fixed....
I tried the slack app where people are posting their ticket numbers. There are several channels one of which is the "customer service" channel. It says post your ticket number here. When you post your ticket number it is mostly replied by bots. One of the most active bot (or whoever the customer support) is literally showing middle finger if you post your ticket number  Angry Angry Angry Angry or using abusive language. Like, one of the frustrated customers asked "What is your problem"? He replies "you, asshole". Unbelievable !!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am having the same issue. It is over 24 hours but still disabled.  How long did they take to resolve your issue? I tried the slack with the invite I got but not sure if its real. Some kind of bot is replying messages...

Stay away from Shittrex. It's turning into a honeypot/ponzi. Why sacrifice your privacy for a minor raise in withdrawal limits when their charts and order depths don't work? I know I wouldn't want some hacker getting my address, trading habits and ID.. crypto traders are becoming the targets of kidnappings and all sorts of hectic shit. We're supposed to trust Shittrex to keep that info safe when they can't even fix their charts or answer an e-mail?

The exchange is overloaded with bots.. and the execution time is on par with a turtle crossing a road in comparison to other exchanges.. There are much better options out there. Hitbtc.com and Binance.com offer much better platforms without any verification requirements and their interfaces are light years ahead of Shittrex. Hitbtc has been around since 2013, it doesn't have any withdrawal limits for crypto and they only require ID for fiat deposits/withdrawals. It's really a no brainer.

I've been using Shittrex since they launched and they've gone down hill quite a bit. Their support won't respond within 2 months unless you inquire about wire transfer. If you hop into their support channel, you're met with angry nerd syndrome.. they'll kick you out for asking legitimate questions and ban you if you ask why they kicked you out. We as a cryptocommunity need to collectively boycott their platform. There's much better options out there than being treat like shit by a bunch of nobodies who think they're better than everyone.

Exchanges like shittrex come and go like the wind Mt. Gox -> Mintpal -> Poloniex -> Shittrex

I recently noticed that many bittrex accounts are disabled even though their account status has been upgraded to "BASIC". I personally also have the same status on my bittrex account, but after I check my account is still active and running well. What is the actual cause that made bittrex account disabled?
I just do not want my account disabled as well Undecided

I did not log in for about a year. My account was disabled because I never entered my name/address/etc...

I just entered it and it was approved. It still says ACCOUNT_DISABLED when I try to make an order, but I will wait 24 hours and post an update.

Same issue

Account disabled. I completed the enhanced verification, it was approved, status shows enhanced now, 24 hours have passed but nothing. Account still disabled and no reply whatsoever.
I asked help from the slack channel. Nothing there as well.

Can anyone help? Any ideas as what more i can do?

I just got an answer that my account has been re-enabled, but unfortunately the account is still disabled. I have logged in and out several times and tried to place an order but without any luck.

Okay. I have read the replies and it seems like I will have to wait for 24 hours from now.
Whenever I go to my deposit link address there is none. It only shows account disable which makes me sad because I should have been depositing now.
Will send the ticket after 24 hours though. I hope this gets fixed.
