With this in mind, my hopes are high as probably within the next week I could get Enhanced Verification. As soon as this becomes a reality, I'll be able to withdraw my hard earned Bitcoin and buy the car of my dreams.  Cool

Nonetheless, I hope that others could get their issues solved ASAP since I know that it is frustrating to wait weeks in order to get access to one's funds. That is to say, if Bittrex gets back on track then I will continue to use it for my crypto trades.  Smiley
I recieved same message, but I dont hope that it will be so fast...

After quite some time now, I've received a response from Bittrex:

Due to an unprecedented amount of growth we are experiencing a longer than normal wait time resolving customer requests. I apologize greatly for this extended wait and would like to inform you that we are addressing this issue as quickly possible.

We are actively training new personnel and streamlining our processes to better handle the increased demand. Specifically, in the next week, Bittrex will be more than doubling our current support staff to handle the growth. The hiring of support agents will continue until we can provide the support our customers expect.

What can you do to help expedite a response from us?

• Duplicate tickets often slow down our agents and their ability to assist our customers. If you submitted two or more tickets for the same issue we kindly ask that you close the newer tickets, leaving your oldest ticket open.

• Using the proper form when submitting a support request is very important. Oftentimes the wrong form can lead to a wrong response and unfortunate delays in solving your tickets.

• If your issue has already been solved, please login to https://support.bittrex.com and delete any duplicate or outstanding tickets. Doing so will greatly enhance our ability to assist other customers.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we scale our support team to handle the increased

A coworker recently went through the enhanced verification. He said he got the same message and took him close to 2 weeks. I imagine the exchange is being inundated with new accounts needing verification to withdraw\manage large balances. Hopefully if this is it (and not an error) I'm in line to get verified sooner than later.

Hi, 10 days ago they disable my basic verified account with just 0,6 LTC & for months I had been trading normally small amounts. I can login but no withdraw or adress any coin. Not sure that  2FA trick works for my situation.

I've been waiting 24 hours for verification. How long does it normally take? My DL matches my account info exactly. The process says it takes around 10 minutes to verify. What are they doing? I have not had any error come back yet.

Tips for successful verification:

    Take a fresh selfie, ensure nothing is blocking a full view of your face
    Do not use the same image from your identification documents
    Do not use a professional profile picture
    Do not manipulate the image of your identification in anyway. This includes adding watermarks or blacking out certain information
    Do not crop the image of your ID such that any portion of the ID is removed including edges

Does basic verification work for anyone at this Exchange? I'm just curious if the enhanced verification only happens for US citizens as they are trying to comply with bank laws or something with this antagonizing process.



Usually it doesn't. Enhanced verification works for almost all countries it just takes months, read the comments here. The automatic process itself shouldn't take more than 10 minutes but you will probably have some error.

I received the same message from the Bittrex robot. With a real person from the support team, Bittrex so it was not possible yet to talk to those present at the forum to talk?) They write that they are very busy, like Rami, sipping a cappuccino from a coffee machine on Facebook?

This exchange is showing all the colors of an elaborate scam and it is manned by scammers. Verified or unverified, accounts are locked and trades are blocked. People should stop sending coins to their hot wallets. Stop feeding them more coins.

Complaints are ignored and nobody knows how to reach them to resolve all these open tickets. Their Nevada address seems to be a mail drop address. Where exactly are their brick and mortar offices? Amazing how exchanges can gain the trust of thousands despite having no verifiable physical offices, phone numbers, management and staff names, operational audit trails..

This is a nightmare. They don't give updates. They keep their customers in the dark and their entire user base is given the silent treatment.


Today i withdrawed 500 usdt, so i hope everything will be fine with Bittrex, because i really like it
