Due to an unprecedented amount of growth we are experiencing a longer than normal wait time resolving customer requests. I apologize greatly for this extended wait and would like to inform you that we are addressing this issue as quickly possible.

We are actively training new personnel and streamlining our processes to better handle the increased demand. Specifically, in the next week, Bittrex will be more than doubling our current support staff to handle the growth. The hiring of support agents will continue until we can provide the support our customers expect.

What can you do to help expedite a response from us?

• Duplicate tickets often slow down our agents and their ability to assist our customers. If you submitted two or more tickets for the same issue we kindly ask that you close the newer tickets, leaving your oldest ticket open.

• Using the proper form when submitting a support request is very important. Oftentimes the wrong form can lead to a wrong response and unfortunate delays in solving your tickets.

• If your issue has already been solved, please login to https://support.bittrex.com and delete any duplicate or outstanding tickets. Doing so will greatly enhance our ability to assist other customers.

You get verified fast if you dont have problem like name mismatch. Then it takes//well I dont know how long it takes, havent been verified yet...

Sorry if my issue (long waiting time on verification) was unrelated, I hope the problems get resolved for everyone soon.

really annoying. Did anyone try to contact them on twitter?

Like thousands of people. They did respond to like 6-7 people and solved their tickets, randomly it seems but not much more happened so it's pretty much useless to contact them there although they did say they would hire more people to help with their support team.

Since, they respond to 2fa remove request in matter of hours their support clearly works. They just dont want to verify accounts. The reason for this is unknown but cant be good...

Well, I think they should not at least allow deposits without verified account (for new accounts, that cannot withdraw anything without verified account). So if you have new account, you wouldn't be stuck in this really bad situation where you just wait and hope for the best.
I think Bittrex want people to keep depositing, then lock up their funds with this verification scam.

Other exchanges in the US under the same AML/KYC still allow limited unverified withdrawals, eg. Poloniex.
Bittrex are up to something, and it smells of no good.

I got verified within a day without the 2fa trick today, any chance they are actually resolving stuff? Anyways just happy to get some alt coins again.

This exchange is showing all the colors of an elaborate scam and it is manned by scammers. Verified or unverified, accounts are locked and trades are blocked. People should stop sending coins to their hot wallets. Stop feeding them more coins.

Complaints are ignored and nobody knows how to reach them to resolve all these open tickets. Their Nevada address seems to be a mail drop address. Where exactly are their brick and mortar offices? Amazing how exchanges can gain the trust of thousands despite having no verifiable physical offices, phone numbers, management and staff names, operational audit trails..

This is a nightmare. They don't give updates. They keep their customers in the dark and their entire user base is given the silent treatment.

2FA trick didnt work because they were not trained to solve my issue (deposit to wrong address, not the crosschain one).
