Hello, since i have two names i couldnt pass the basic verification. Then i uploaded all my documents on enhanced verification part. It says Name Mismatch. I have been waiting my account to be verified for 3 weeks!! I wanna deposit more but until my account is verified i cannot trust bittrex... also i cannot withdraw my money of course.

My request number is #616997. Please add my req on the list!!

First of all thank you for this post.
I also have an account verification problem with the Discrepancy Name error. For a Trading Site not to be reactive is a big mistake.
For those who did not, hesitate to complain on Twitter to make more noise.
You can add the number to the list of NOT solved: 652873: Improved verification problem.

Have you already tried the 2FA solution? does it work again?

J'ai également un problème de vérification de compte avec l'erreur Mismatch Name. Pour un site de Trading ne pas être réactif est une grosse faute.
Pour ceux ne l'ayant pas fait, hésité pas à vous plaindre sur Twitter pour faire plus de bruits.
Veuillez ajouter le mien à la liste des NON résolus: 652873 :Problème de vérification amélioré.

Dernièrement vous avez essayé la solution à 2FA ? ça marche encore ?

Explanation of the "2FA trick"

This is the way to get a quick response from the support.
You must submit second request, do not close the first
Click on "Submit A Request"

Then:
Please choose your issue below - "Two-Factor (2FA)"
Subject - "Remove 2FA"
Description - "Please, remove 2FA and verify my account"
Two-Factor (2FA) Issue - "2FA Removal"

Bot ask you to answer four questions
1) Your IP
2) At least one TxID from deposit / withdrawal history
3) Your current balances
4) Scans of your documents and fresh selfie with sheet of paper "Bittrex / Date"



Now your task is to wait for a response from the support (from 1 to 48 hours at the moment)


When admin answer you he can to remove 2FA but not answer on verification issue. In this case you need add a comment with your ask for enhanced verification because the necessary files you have already attached!
If he not response and just close your ticket for comments then try 2FA trick again and again!
You can try to solve the disabled problem too through 2FA trick because live admin answer you!
Be persistent, write only politely and you will succeed!

It's work! I confirm this!
After disable 2FA, i left a comment  - "why my another ticket #XXXXX have no one answer by support team?" and got enchanced verified and apologies  Smiley Smiley

I did exactly what was written in the green part and it worked, thanks and praise be to Allah!
My account was not disabled though. I only applied for an enhanced account verification.

There wouldn't be thousands of tickets if Bittrex hadn't changed the verification requirements without customer agreement.

You realize that opening more tickets just to try and "cheat" the system is only creating a bigger nightmare for them and will just delay things even further?

I wouldn't be surprised if Bittrex ended up freezing/locking accounts somehow for users that open multiple tickets within their SLA of 48 hours.

Yes, they are behind on tickets, yes, its frustrating. But this just creates more work and more problems. Patience is the best practice in these circumstances.

It's been over a week now, and support hasn't responded to my ticket yet. I've only made a request to get verified manually for Enhanced Verification status since I've got a message stating: "Name Mismatch".  Sad

Tried replying to the ticket several times but still no luck. Today, I've made a twitter post complaining about this. I hope to get my issue solved fast.

Here's the ticket number: 597860

Now, I'm going to try the 2FA trick to see it works... I just want to get access to my BTC ASAP since I need them to buy a car.


P.S. It's good to be back at the community after a few months of inactivity.  Smiley
