I'm EU citizen & they disabled my enhanced account 38 days ago, they have all my personal info, passport, country ID, selfie, mobile #, etc, all checked & approved, I can login but no widthdraw or trade.

No response at all tkt #555400. Thx for include it in the list.

They said they're "next generation crypto trading", but with old mafia behavior.

I would raise a new ticket. I have been told they reset the servers which probably means all the early tickets have just been deleted.

This is all over the web, I have many $$$ in there and am stuck with name mismatch, personally I don't hold out much hope. The only piece of shinning light here is that they have stopped taking new customers in order to hopefully clear the backlog - fingers crossed.

been unable to withdrawal for two months now. support not responding. Also I am in US. Already gave my driver license and selfy.  Been awaiting approval for over 2 months now.

Hi all ,,,Just wanting to add my Ticket to the ever growing list
My account was Basic ,Then after they disabled trades & withdrawals I sent & was upgraded now to Enhanced.
But as we all know ,,,My account is still disabled & I can only just look at my Balance ..Sad Cry Cry Cry

My Ticket is 897930  My account has been disabled

I guessing after reading through the thread here that I'm going to be here sometime. Although I don't have the 2FA enabled would this trick still work for a name mismatch?

The only positive is they have stopped taking on new accounts which could help clear some of the backlog - hopefully!

Really annoyed with myself as I entered my short name not the name on my passport, needs to be manually verified which is going to be a slow process.

Kraken makes you do all this upfront.

There are some really low numbers on this thread which makes me think I'm going to be here for an eternity.

This is my stupid mistake when i wrongly put my name in non-latin character then it appear "??" on the record. the system said i must enhance the account to verify. however my documents were rejected so many time until the system didn't allow me to upload any more and told me they will manually take a look on it. it's already 12 days. So pleaseeee anybody can help could be my lifesaver Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry.

My Request/Ticket ID is #609119 is SOLVED.

Guys just don't Raise Multiple Tickets for the same issue, I never raised any Second Ticket & that's the reason my Ticket was Resolved much quicker than many others here.

Now I have started to believe that yes Bittrex was definitely hiring some new Support Staffs & also they are dedicated in Resolving all these issues which have encountered recently.

Best of Luck guys & hopefully your Tickets will get Resolved much sooner than you think.

Also Happy New Year 2018 Wishes to each one of you here.

They once were reputable exchange where I'd go to do trades switching to binance.  I won't be surprised if bittrex get some breach in future and if they lose coins like mtgox. Dont use bittrex my ticket takes forever they play with users money leave service for good.

well after they reduced my basic account to zero withdrawal with pretty much no notice, and a couple months waiting, they finally approved my enhanced verification. finally i can withdraw again.

so i guess you just have to hang in there.  of course now that ive opened accounts at a couple more exchanges im not sure how much i will use this for. we will see.

Can someone please get my account enabled it has been 3 months. Ticket number 655118. It already has enhanced verification.  I have been on Twitter every day sending a message. No success Sad((

make sure you send them all the information they need after you submit the 2FA removal request
- 2 forms of government ID (just like an I-9 form when you apply for employment)
- Selfie with you, your ID, and a paper with Bittrex and the date written on it
- last IP addresses
- last transactions
- last balances

For the last two, I took a screenshot of my Wallet screen with Hide Zero Balances checked, which shows balances and last transfers.  On your Summary screen it will show all the IP addresses you have used to log on.

It may help that I was enhanced verified before trying to get my account enabled.
