Issue – Name Mismatch.

Ok, so they answer my ticket from verification issues, he said the documents were caught in a transient error...

"I understand the frustration you must be feeling because I want to get your account verified for you as well. Unfortunately, your submission is still caught with a transient error, causing the verification to not properly process.

I have gone ahead and reset your attempt, so you should be able to try again. I just suggest that you retake a picture of your documents before you submit again.

In regards to manually verifying your account. Unfortunately, we need to also be able to view your documents on your account. And as of right now because of that error, we are unable to do so, which again I do apologize for. "

So now he keeps reseting the enchanced verification so I can resend the documentation, sent 2 times already and keeps saying "Your verification information is currently being processed"

So I'm just stuck sending the documentation and seems he can't acces them... They really need to fix the issue it's not our fault. Been a month now

Hello! 2 my accounts were blocked probably because I sent the same passport, I created a ticket 5 days ago and still no answer. Help # 957878!

Is it allowed on that exchange to have 2 accounts for same person?
Unless one is for you and one for your business?
As far as I know it isn't allowed to have two accounts with the same owner on the same time. If you do plan to make a new one then you should really inform them such change of plans because using two id's on different accounts is really highly suspicious which they would normally make actions which isn't really surprising even on most services that do require verification.Duplicate ID isn't really tolerable.

It's not allowed anymore. This is their new policy starting from August 24, 2017.

I can withdrawal now. I did the 2fa trick, but I believe they knew I did not really want to disable 2fa and they verified my account.
(Without disabling my 2fa)

I also got a generic type email that mentioned what the op said to send (which I did with original ticket and my email response to that) but this generic email also says they need:

4)2 forms of government identification and a selfie of you holding one of those identifications where we can match your face.

Their webpage about performing verification says nothing about needing two forms of government ID. Suddenly demanding two is outrageous.

An earlier post today said someone tried the 2FA trick and was just told that verification issues are being addressed separately. They didn't ask him for two forms of ID.

They must have wised up to the 2FA trick.

So I followed the steps and they removed 2Factor, but here was their response about processing my request for enhanced verification (we are going on 4 weeks without any progress)


This ticket was entered as a 2FA ticket. Agents working this view are not trained to assist you with verifications. Your request has been forwarded to appropriate team.

I only sent them my driver's license in a selfie (attached to ticket AND also my email response to ticket email). I do have my birth-certificate which is government-issued, right? I don't have a passport, so I don't know what else to use. Should I hold up my birth certificate and take another selfie to send to them? Seems impossible to get verified. I am unable to withdraw funds or add to them at the basic level. Sad

Hi,

I was enhanced verified before they blocked the account.
Everything (depositing, withdrawing, making trades) was working fine!
Until now; no response from support. I do not even know the reason they disabled the account.

Just got my account back ..... used the disable 2FA idea...and keeped asking all the hard questions,,,,
JUST KEEP at them ....

Feeling Relieved i must say....

finally got a response to reset my basic verification.
they reset my basic verification and told me to do an enhanced.
So I redid my basic; it still wouldn't verify.
It seems their basic verify is broke and they know it.
I'm not happy about their enhanced since when they get hacked someone will have my photo ID.
