What do you mean you need your email? You need some info about your account to get your 2fa disabled and after that you need to ask them for verification, that's what the 2fa trick is.

Dude, people are getting verified. Just try the ''2FA trick'', search around the forum to find out how it works, it's much faster than just waiting for them to respond, which they will eventually.

Hi guys! I have tried it to verify myself on the website and it never works, I put a complaint in support and they answered me several weeks later with a generic email answering nothing. Did any of you get verified correctly lately in these last days?

I have to follow up to my previous comments and say to be fair the company were quick for me to confirm identity. I know Bittrex are outsourcing to another company and some posters have said in some cases they are fast, well that happened for me luckily. I didnt check back for like 48hr but I believe it was possibly even faster then that. Not sure why some are delayed more but I took heed of the emphasis on a very clear 'selfie' photo. I went out and stood against a white wall and tried to look just like my official government id photo which doesnt actually resemble a human, I was the perfect match apparently Undecided

I left it as a large picture, no editing or Instagram type filters my phone tried to sneak in there to make me feel better. The scan of the actual ID I tried with a webcam but its awful and text blurred, I used a high res flatbed scanner so it was all sharp but a good quality camera might work also.

before years i opened the acc i have a good WD limit with an unverified Account they make the limits smaler and smaler if i got set on 0.0

i think its no problem to get them my id and more...

but the problem is they got All they want and dont verifi member after more then a month... thats scam nothing more. they block my and some more biger players... so we cant get the money out...

my 22 btc there are playmoney for funtrading not more. virtual btc with a virual amount of $ worth.

It should be fine, next time you should make sure you are verified before you begin trading. I believe I had that issue, but they required verification before I even deposited anything. This is my personal belief though.

There would be always KYC policy on any exchange when it comes when you are already trading up thousands of dollars on daily basis which is normal since these exchanges do follow regulations which they would really need to impose it strictly but on the case of OP why they would ask such thing? $40 isn't really a big deal. If you do hesitate on giving documents then we can anytime make an another account which doesn't need to verify since the restrictions or limits of non-verified isn't really bad after all specially on small-traders.

thats not the problem.... i have 21 btc there now. they have all from my side... my ID my Driver lic. and all basic informations.. and i give them over a month of time.

a answer with the problem and all is fine but i got nothing, so for me its scam nothing more...

I'm not trading thousands thats the problem I'm just a small time trader same as I was since 2013 and they made it absolute zero for everyone even those who worked without problems for years. Some notice would have been good or they will end up keeping these funds maybe that was the point behind it. Especially over xmas seems really bad timing

No it's not and it will never be. You have to verify in order to withdraw, there is no other way. They claim they are hiring more people for their support team so you should try now.

They fucking change the withdrawal limit from 0.025btc to 0 btc for unverified account and now i can't withdrawal my coins on bittrex. Stupid me just realized it yesterday when i deposit and sell my altcoins on bittrex but when i want withdrawal my bitcoins, it said you need tp verify first. Fucking scammer.

yep same here and its not that verifying is the problem but they wont recognise information every other website on the internet acknowledges. I've had the same address for decades, I can apply for a credit card on amazon but this crypto exchange says I dont exist. The fault is theres, I only need a very basic account but they've locked people out which is not acceptable and I just hope its not deliberately done to obstruct access.

I read their guidelines, I have multiple middle names so is that a problem. I dont use all of them constantly for crypto sites, like I say any fiance site I can think of accepts my identity.
