After all the damage they caused with their scams their negative trust does not reflect the situation.

Can we have more users leaving negative trust for them especially from those that supported the flags: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2697312

I think I just got scammed as well by Bituary. If there is a Bituary mediator on here, I would greatly appreciate your help. I put USDT and ETH into my bituary account and then I got locked out. I tried the forgot password process and it tells me that my email doesn't exist? What happened, I really need to get my money back.

You provide your proofs here. Which will be easy for everyone to understand. How you became a scam victim on this exchange. Why they locked your account? If you have any conversation with them, please post a screenshot here. Without proof, no one will take action.

This scam exchange will keep on scamming until or unless their operations are shut down voluntarily or by the law enforcement agencies.

I think it was a planned promotion by Bituary exchange. There is an arbitage telegram group where targeted active members are added without their consent and shown the difference in price between binance and bituary exchange which is really tempting. I almost got tempted but then thought to check reviews. Thank you all for saving me Smiley I think my message will also help other people. Always trade in trusted exchange only. Be safe and save your funds!!!

Hello,

I was also a victim of the Bituary Exchange. My account was blocked after a deposit of about 1.5 BTC. Since then I was blocked by every Telegram Group and the apparently official support. Is there any news regarding the fraud?  Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

Is scam. I just lost my 0.01971622 BTC there. I cannot withdraw.  Where can I denounce this?

Me too I lost my $ 200 in ETH, and I denounced Bituary at these sites: https://www.coinfirm.com/reclaimcrypto/ and also to this https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Today after some emails with reclaimcrypto to give them more evidence, they have said this:

The telegram group https://t.me/Arbitrage_EOS post fake arbitrages that should be possible at bituary.com to get the user to deposit their amount at bituary.com

http://prntscr.com/q600dq

I think its the same owner as of the scam bituary.com

By the way they using the BINANCE BTC USDT pair to display the a chart. Not very professional lol.

Excellent post. Thank you.

I cannot be sure they are both operated by the same scammers at least you pointed out another scam exchange with screenshots.

Oh eh both screens are https://bituary.com/ (bituary.cc redirects to bituary.com/ref/xxxxx)

The community members try hard to expose scams and scammers by posting in the forum. If it means saving a small number of investors from becoming victims then that is great.

I am so happy you did not send your crypto these Bituary scammers. If you had sent it then you would never have seen them again.

I suspect all the scammed users here tried to make easy profits with arbitrage... I was about to do that, too. Then I did some research.
thanks bitcointalk!

p.s.: I think they have a rather big telegram channel on which they shill this exchange and the big arbitrage opportunities...

I can confirm this. I deposited btc into bituary. Converted into usdt. They have locked my withdrawal and told me i need to be institutional investor to withdraw and that i must deposit more funds to withdraw. This is illegal practice. Can anyone suggest who this is best to report to?

And this is interesting re the recent entries https://au.trustpilot.com/review/bituary.com

This is a new exchange only few months old, with no alexa ranking, no userbase, no twitter followers, no reputation, nothing. Is very risky to send coins there, and looks like many people already got scammed by the scam exchange.

I suggest to everyone to avoid this scam exchange. i am sure that more investigation from our fellow bitcointalk members will bring more shady things, so Bituary will be exposed and people will not lose their coins.

Also i have added Bituary scam exchange to my signature scam list and i left a negative trust on its profile to alert others of their scam tactics.

Seems like Im a new victim. They locked my funds.
They are saying that my account is limited, and I can only withdrawl, if I put more money!!!
That doesnt make any sense.
Please beware of this "exchange".

Please post screenshots.

This is a scam exchange, they want to selective users before their inevitable exit strategy comes in to play.

Why did you drag me into this? I didn't comment or say anything about your exchange. However, now that I'm here, I will also add that the bumping service you hired is exclusively used to bump scam threads. I hope you realize they aren't even actually bumping your thread at all, thanks to recent changes made by theymos. Any chance you can tell me what the name of the service is? Did you hire them from Fiverr by any chance? Whoever it is, you should probably ask for your money back.

Yet was not involved, but was voting for this flag - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2697312;page=iflags

You have outplayed yourself by this " I didn't comment or say anything", please sort your accounts and try to play few persons a bit better.

All of them exchange reputation between each other and do -trust also together

Why did you drag me into this? I didn't comment or say anything about your exchange. However, now that I'm here, I will also add that the bumping service you hired is exclusively used to bump scam threads. I hope you realize they aren't even actually bumping your thread at all, thanks to recent changes made by theymos. Any chance you can tell me what the name of the service is? Did you hire them from Fiverr by any chance? Whoever it is, you should probably ask for your money back.

The Bituary Exchange scammer started a scam accusation thread for several users including you:

"Paid provocators & Alternative Accounts & Scam promoters": https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52885165

Anybody desperate enough to use that pumping and shilling service from Fiverr has to be more foolish that first thought.

Many respected users from this forum have posted against them and tagged them.

Hopefully soon the Bituary Exchange will be known as Orbituary Exchange - irony does occasionally does have a sense of humour

It looks like the exchange uses Peatio software, i particularly never used this exchange but because seems is using Peatio and it can have a backdoor i will not risk to deposit coins there and then lost them because it got hack.
Also bad reports here that this exchange is possible a scam it raises the alert, so avoid at all costs
We are not related to Peatio anyhow and have fully written backend from a scratch.
All these accuses got responded and accounts that was involved in blaming Bituary is a one person that has no understanding on what his accuses based.
i.e. license is not required for non-fiat exchanges in UK, but he will continue saying "no license = scam"

I appreciate your answer but it's not satisfying enough for me. You still didn't explain why'd you copy something from Hoo exchange?
As for the fake retaliatory feedback that you gave me, i will leave that without a comment, you don't worth my time.

I haven't supported Sinenkiy's flag yet (as i have some reservations about his screenshots), so instead, i've created a newbie flag since i do believe that anyone whos dealing with you is at high risk.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=910

Supported both flags. Stolen content and illegal exchange backed up by one man company created for $20 with post box address only is more than enough evidence of scam.
We have responded for every appeal you have tried

Here is the list of your accusations, chose one to appel on and stick to it:
-Selective scamming based on screenshot scratchers(which was done by code editing with typos)
-CEO with same name, but different birth date which was involved in Binary options trade
-You could not find information about Bituary Digital Asset Exchange Limited registration details
-Not listed on CoinGecko/CMC while getting FCA license
-Users that talk in our thread
-CIS Countries being blocked by our firewall
-Hoo parts, which we used particially (not subject of copywrite)
-P/B address which being used by most online companies (CoinBase) due to unnecessary having an office
-Lack of licenses at the moment in Country that doesn't regulate cryptocurrencie exchange yet
-Lack of some pages under constructing

Please chose one right you appeal to, all it looks like paid provocation

But yet so far, this thread haven't noticed scam proofs, except our ones for advertising scam platform called Sportsbet.io

1. You run a non registered Illegal exchange (Self admitted)

We can't get listed before getting a license (no license doesn't mean we can't operate), which we are currently doing for last 2 months.
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002 (verify by checking EV SSL on bituary.com). Based in UK.

2. Stolen or copied codes and content from another exchange.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52883758

3. Tagged as a scammer.

4. Abusing trust system by leaving non trusted feedbacks to trusted users. (No one can see your scammy feedbacks except you. Only default trust members feedbacks are visible for users)

5. You are a scammer !!!
Again, we repeat
1. FCA article - https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/cryptoassets
2. Doesn't make sense
3. Tagged by group of people rigging trust to each other and advertising S C A M = not tagged.
4. You are not trusted since all your TRUST is rigged.
5. Dogs are barking with more sense than all your replies.

Now you become raged because you have no things to send as another empty "proof" to manipulate people reading this thread.

Bituary api page gives 404 error - archive

Bituary fees page gives 404 error - archive

Bituary support/live page is non-existent, just plain white background - archive

Bituary faq page is empty as well - archive

How could exchange work if they haven't listed their fees? How is that supposed to work anyway, like who is going to deposit anything in there not knowing what the fees are?

I'm still trying to get an answer from Bituary Exchange about Hoo, and your clearly copy-pasted html template...

@Bituary Exchange, you didn't mention anything about the similarities between Bituary and Hoo? They both look awfully the same.

While checking your website i found at least three traces of Hoo in your html code, can you please explain it?

Great find as usually. Thank you @morvillz7z. I do not the reason but there are so many scam exchanges projects appearing on bitcointalk.
We value your fight against scam projects, but you have got most of your TRUST points in last month, which is looking like paid/rigged.

So we think you are also paid provocator since you are russian, throwing non-sense messages too

We are not responsible for users talking there and it can't be applied to call us "scam" or "fake"

We are not interested in Post Soviet Countries customers.
We can't get listed before getting a license (no license doesn't mean we can't operate), which we are currently doing for last 2 months.
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002 (verify by checking EV SSL on bituary.com). Based in UK.
We are not responsible for people peacefully talking in our thread, it's a forum at first.

1. No licensed exchange means ILLEGAL EXCHANGE

2. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002 It is a company with P/B address. All scammers are using same sort of companies that can be registered online for $20

3. You hired a bumping service, there is a clear indication of that.

4. Before tagging you as a scammer I will wait for the opinion of DT1 members.
1. You are totally wrong about it, we do not accept fiat deposits (which is exactly for what exchange is REQUIRED to get license).
FCA Article about cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrencies exchanges https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/cryptoassets Quote: "including the operation of exchange token exchanges, all currently fall outside our regulatory remit."

2. It's totally fine because most of companies use that, renting office at our stage - will make no sense.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11242536  address, Huobi = scam?
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09083955  address Coinbase = scam?

You ended up unbinding google 2FA and binding it back, logging out and trying to login with wrong OTP code for several times
We can guess your next step - you will say that Bituary has ressetted your OTP and cleaned your account history.

Could you state the reasons, why you have done that? Also I could not find any information about Bituary Exchange. There is no info on coinmarketcap nor on coingecko. Where is your exchange based and is it officially registered ? If yes, I  would like to see the copies of registration documents. Also I noticed that only newbies are posting some BS in your thread and it looks very shady. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/exchange-bituary-cryptocurrency-trading-exchange-platform-bituarycom-5194717

As we have said - there was no users with such ID and deposits/withdraws.

Guys, heave you ever even heard about fair play?
btw I have a home PC with open bituary site  Cheesy

And this is my BTC address on bituary

that's a sad picture, you stole my money assholes!
Sorry, but there is no ID or deposit address shown on this screenshot.
So it's probable code element editing.

As we said before - you have prepared provocation arguments such as fake screenshots of chat with admin, fake information about CEO-scammer grandma
and so more probably you had time to prepare fake screenshots by editing code(if it was real - you'd send right when you started posting in our thread)
We will not be surprised if you say tomorrow that you have deposited on Bituary 1000 BTC and we didn't give you withdraw.

There is zero reality in your theme and we still did not understand why you hate us so much, that it makes you post fake information.

As you can see Mark Wilkins (April 1969) have nothing to do with our CEO Mark Wilkins (September 1979)
We are sure you have prepared this fake proofs to ban us. Provocations will not work.
Yeah, my bad, didn't check the dates, this was just too good to be true.
Anyway, it doesn't change the fact that you're scammers. But I will let admins to decide this, will just be sharing some more tips here.

Got some fresh news: if we go to page https://bituary.com/signin, all the links at the bottom are related to hoo.com, which is a chinese crypto exchange, everyone can have a look:

And now let's go to https://hoo.com/ and try to find 3 differences with bituary  Grin

Oh boy, didn't mommy tell you that stealing chinese sites is no good?

Here is our footer at /signin - https://prnt.sc/po46gz

So you now just going to scream that we are scammers?
As we have said - there was no users with such ID and deposits/withdraws.

It looks like you got paid to attempt to ruin our reputation, weak attempt.

This is my first time an exchange talking about "deposit insurance" to allow another withdrawal from users. Was that in their terms when you signed up?

Create a flag against Bituary Exchange by filling this up https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2697312 After creating a flag, add the link to the OP.

Edit:
I skimmed thru their TOS (https://bituary.com/termsofservice) and could not find any "deposit more for unlimited withdrawal" policy.
